Pokemon Ultra Moon

The Pokemon Company has announced plans to celebrate a legendary year in 2018 with some of the most sought-after Pokemon yet discovered. Between February and November, Legendary Pokemon will be featured across the franchise, including monthly distributions for Pokemon Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon.

Around 20 Pokemon in total will be distributed. While we’re still waiting on specifics, we have the schedule of which creature will be appearing in each month below.

We already have the results for the third global mission in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon. With players having collectively won 100,000 times at the Battle Agency, it has been a success.

2,000 Festival Coins will be handed out to everyone who participates. If you register at the Pokemon Global Link by the end of the global mission, you’ll earn 4,000 Festival Coins.

The next global mission in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon has started. The new theme is “Win at the Battle Agency!”.

For the latest mission, the goal is to win as many times as possible at the Battle Agency in Festival Plaza, with 100,000 being the target. Everyone who participates will receive 2,000 Festival Coins if players win a collective 100,000 times between January 9 and January 22. Even if the goal isn’t reached, a participation prize of 1,000 Festival Coins will be handed out.

You can earn double the amount of coins by registering at the Pokemon Global Link by the end of the global mission. That means you can receive 4,000 when the goal is reached, and 2,000 even if it isn’t.

Later this month, Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon will be receiving an update. A few different issues will be addressed.

First, Game Freak will be looking to tackle freezes after you pick Litten. Wide Guard protecting against all Z-Moves will also be fixed. Game Freak will address the move Ion Deluge not working at all, along with an issue in which Pokemon who know less than four moves will forget the first move when being taught a move at the Move Tutors.

Nintendo has published two more North American Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon commercials. One focuses on the Legendary Pokemon that can be caught in the game, while the other features Team Rainbow Rocket. Both adverts are below.

The first global mission for Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon has drawn to a close. Unfortunately, it didn’t go entirely well. The mission ended up as a failure.

Players were tasked with catching 10,000,000 Pokemon by November 28. When all was said and done, only 5,442,088 were captured.

While the mission wasn’t a success, players will be given a consolation prize. 1,000 Festival Coins (2,000 if you have a Pokemon Global Link account) will be handed out to those who participated.
