The new trailer for Pokemon Sun/Moon has been fully released on the official Japanese Pokemon YouTube page. You can watch it below:

Not only does this show the new Team Skull and many of the leaked Pokemon in action, but it also shows that many of the Alola forms will evolve from previous forms of Pokemon (such as Alola Marowak evolving from a regular Cubone, or Alola Raichu evolving from a regular Pikachu).

Wave Race 64 and Mario Sports Mix will be hitting the Wii U’s Virtual Console today, August 11. Wave Race 64 will cost $9.99, while Mario Sports Mix will cost $19.99. Below are the official descriptions for each:

Wave Race 64
Take to the waves on your own personal watercraft!

Choose one of four characters, each with his or her own unique abilities and style, and master the game’s excellent controls. Make your way through nine courses, each with its own challenges. If the ramps, mines, and hairpin turns aren’t enough, you’ll also have to deal with varying weather conditions that can make the water choppy or cover the course with fog. Take a break from racing to try the Stunt Mode. Polish your skills pulling off handstands, rolls, flips, and more!

Mario Sports Mix
Four sports, one game—with a Mario twist!

Mario Sports Mix presents four familiar sports but with a Mario twist. Players can choose from a variety of playable Mushroom Kingdom characters or play as their own Mii characters. In any sport, power-ups can turn the tide of a game in an instant. And in over-the-top Mario sports fashion, each character can unleash their special move!

There’s a huge update on Pokemon! Pokemon Shuffle, that is! The weekly update is here, featuring a variety of battles.

The new stages are a new battle for Meganium, with repeat runs of Kyogre, Mew, Zygarde 50%, Thundurus, and a safari featuring Gible, Gabite, Garchomp, Staryu, Starmie, Furfrou and Phione. All of these stages except Thundurus run until August 23, while Thundurus will only run August 16th. Furthermore, the Thundurus stage can only be played once a day, with each day increasing the odds of catching it. Zygarde 50% is an Escalation battle, where beating the stage repeatedly will increase the odds of catching it and earn better items.

The upcoming issue of CoroCoro features more information and Pokemon from Sun and Moon, and the pages have leaked early. In it, we can see a few new Pokemon and Alola forms. You can view the pages below the summary of the content, translated by Serebii. [Note: While the new Pokemon and characters are given names, these will most likely be different for localized versions of the games.]

First up is a Water-type fish Pokemon called Yowashi. There is also a larger, monstrous fish pictured, which is made up of many tiny fish, though this seems to be an actual school of Yowashi, and not necessarily an evolved form. Second are two Pokemon based on sandcastles, with the first (Sunabaa), resembling a small mound with a shovel sticking out of it, while its evolved form, Sunadeshiro, is a full castle. Both of these are Ghost/Ground type. Finally (at least for brand-new Pokemon), Bewear has a pre-evolved form, which is a small cub, called Nuikoguma. Like Bewear, it is Normal/Fighting.

However, the new reveals don’t end there; there are two new Alola forms revealed as well, for Marowak and Meowth. Alolan Marowak is a Ghost/Fire type, and it appears to be based off a fire dancer. Alolan Meowth is a Dark-type.

Furthermore, there is a tease of the antagonists of the game, Team Skull. They are featured at the bottom of the page with Rockruff, although little is detailed about them. The boss’s name is Guzuma, and the woman is Burumeri.

Finally, next month’s issue of CoroCoro will feature an evolution for Rockruff. Hopefully, when more information on the games drops later in the week, we’ll have better reveals for all of this new information.
