Pokémon Comaster out in Japan for Android, iOS to follow

Pokémon Comaster, the previously annonced mobile Pokémon board game, is now out in Japan. The object of the game is to beat your opponent’s figurines with your own, taking over the board. The game is free-to-play, although microtransactions will give you a chance at getting better figures. The game supports both online and local multiplayer. We’ll update with more important details as they arrive.

Pokémon Shuffle update: Zygarde 50%, Landorus, Manaphy, and more

This week has a lot of updates for Pokémon Shuffle, all running until April 26th on both 3DS and mobile.
First, there is an escalation battle against Zygarde in its 50% form. Facing Zygarde will have you leveling up, with each level granting a new reward (Exp Booster S at Level 30, Exp Booster M at 40, Mega Speedup at 50, Exp Booster L at 70, Level Up at 90, and Raise Max Level at 100).
Furthermore, Landorus (Therian Forme) and Manaphy are added, with the former being an all new stage.
Finally, there is a repeat run of a Daily Pokémon Challenge. This will see you facing different Pokémon every day, on repeat, until the cycle ends on April 26th. These Pokémon will start with Girafarig, before moving onto Kecleon, Shuckle,Relicanth, and Spiritomb.

Pokkén Tournament servers undergoing maintenance next week

Pokkén Tournament will be undergoing maintenance on April 12th, starting at 9:50 PM (EST) and estimated to end at 11:30 PM. Online services will be down for the duration, and it is not indicated if this maintenance will include the previously announced Patch 1.2.

Footage of Shin Megami Tensei IV Final’s second round of DLC

Shin Megami Tensei IV Final is getting more DLC on April 14th in Japan. A video released by Atlus shows the DLC in action, with new fights, dungeons, and even featuring protagonists from the previous Shin Megami Tensei games. Watch it below:

Ace Attorney 6 website provides new character footage

Capcom has updated the Ace Attorney 6 website with information on the game, following its article in Famitsu. While the information on the website covers already known details, it does include some footage of the new characters, Ema Skye, Trucy Wright, Mimi Nanano, and Kanenari Shinoyama. The site also confirms that A1-Pictures, the studio that produced the Ace Attorney anime series, is producing the game’s cutscenes.

Pokémon Shuffle update: Mega Sceptile, Tornadus, Emboar, and Groudon

Another week, another update for Pokémon Shuffle! Both the 3DS and mobile versions are some new challenges and a few repeat runs.
First up is the Mega Sceptile challenge, which will give players the chance to win some Sceptilite. The competition runs until April 12th, with players getting better rewards depending on how well they do. To get the Sceptilite, 3DS players will have to be one of the top 20,000 in the US, 12,000 in Europe, or 50,000 in Japan. The top 80,000 mobile players will also earn it. For 3DS, the top 2,000 US, 1,200 European, and 5,000 Japanese players will get a Raise Max Level, while the top 8,000 mobile players will get a Mega Speedup. Being in the top 30,000 in the US, 18,000 in Europe, 70,000 in Japan for the 3DS, or 120,000 on Mobile will earn you two Attack Powers. Everyone else will earn a Jewel.
Both versions are getting a repeat run of Tornadus (Incarnate Forme), running until April 12th. This challenge can only be played once per day, but the catch rate increases each day.
Lastly, the Groudon and Emboar stages will be available on both versions until April 19th. Groudon is a repeat run for both versions, while Emboar is returning to 3DS and new to mobile.

Pokken Tournament patch coming in early April

Pokken Tournament will be getting upgraded to version 1.2 sometime in April. While the full extent of the patch is not known, it will fix bugs, adjust the Reshiram support, and, most notably, remove Shadow Mewtwo’s infinite combo.
