We’re now one week away from the release of Luigi’s Mansion 3. If you want to get caught up on the game, Nintendo released an overview trailer today, showing off the various gameplay elements and modes the game has to offer:

The Pokemon Company just published a new Japanese trailer for Pokemon Sword & Shield. The video doesn’t contain any new information, instead showing off every new Pokemon that has been officially revealed so far.
Pokemon Sword & Shield are out worldwide on November 15.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 demo now available on the European Switch eShop

Two weeks ago, Nintendo released a demo for Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 on the Japanese Switch eShop. Today, that demo has been released on the European eShop as well. The demo lets you try out several 3D and 2D events. The game itself will launch on November 5 in North America and on November in Europe.
Pokemon GO: new one-time purchases boxes added to the in-game store

New one-time purchase boxes are starting to appear in Pokemon GO. Currently, these aren’t live in all countries yet, but should start to show up fairly soon. Prices vary by region, but these boxes cost comparatively little money for the items they offer. It seems like what box is available to you depends on your trainer level. So far, these two variations have been found:
- Beginner Box: 1x Premium Raid Pass, 1x Super Incubator, 30x Poke Balls, 1x Lucky Egg
- New Trainer Box: 4x Premium Raid Pass, 4x Super Incubator, 30x Poke Balls, 3x Lucky Egg

Pokemon Masters: Brendan Spotlight scout, Grass-type training event, Main story support missions, new training course difficulties

Quite a bit is going on in Pokemon Masters today. The previously announced Brendan Spotlight Scout has started, which gives you a higher chance of scouting Brendan & Treecko. The scout will be available until November 7.
The Grass-type training event is also underway now. You have until November 7 to clear the event missions and train up your Grass types.
New main story support missions have been added. These require you to clear several singleplayer and co-op missions, rewarding you with various items such as gems, coins and training machines.
Finally, new difficulty levels have been added to all training courses. The “Super Hard” difficulty is now available for the Level-Up, Strike, Tech and Support courses.

Fire Emblem Heroes: Conrad Grand Hero Battle, Tactics Drills updated

The Conrad Grand Hero Battle is now live in Fire Emblem Heroes. Clear this battle to make Conrad from Shadows of Valentia your ally. As always, there are various difficulties available that each offer an additional copy of Conrad, should you beat them. The Grand Hero Battle will be available until November 2.
Also, a new map has been added to Tactics Drills. “Obstruct Them!” can be found in the Grandmaster section; clearing it gets you 1 orb.
Pokemon Sword & Shield: “A new era of Pokemon begins” trailer

Nintendo just released a new trailer for Pokemon Sword & Shield. Rather than showing in-game footage of the new games though, this video focuses more on past games. Presumably, all the Pokemon shown in the trailer will also be available in Sword & Shield:

Pokemon Masters: Brendan Spotlight Scout and Grass-type training event coming soon

The next Spotlight Scout has been announced for Pokemon Masters. It won’t feature a brand-new character though – in this scout, you’ll have a higher chance of getting Brandon & Treecko. Also coming soon is another training event: the Grass-type training event will be ideal for training Grass-type Pokemon. We don’t have exact dates for either of these events yet, but we do know they’ll start on the same day.

Fire Emblem Heroes: Heroes with Null Skills Summoning Focus now live

Another skill-based Summoning Focus is now available in Fire Emblem Heroes. Heroes with Null Skills features units who have the Null Follow-Up skills. The 5-star focus units are Mareeta: The Blade’s Pawn, Corrin: Dream Prince and Hilda: Idle Maiden. The Summoning Focus will be available until October 30.

The next Tetris 99 online event has been announced. In its eight installment, the Grand Prix / Maximus Cup will once again be a collaboration with another first-party Nintendo game – this time with Luigi’s Mansion 3. As per usual, if you earn at least 100 points during the event, you will get a special Luigi’s Mansion 3 theme (the same theme that’ll be active during the event). The event will run from October 25 till October 29.
