Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny Danny Phantom

Announced today, Danny Phantom will be included on the roster for Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny.

Danny Phantom appears in the game as a rogue shadowy powerhouse. His lineup of moves include Ectoplasm Stab Combo, Invisibility, Ectoplasm Punch, Energy Blast, Flashing Energy Dagger, Ghostly Wail, and Ghostly Duplication. 

Square Enix has spoken about why it wanted to make its first HD-2D action RPG with The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales.

The company kicked off the Nintendo Switch generation with Octopath Traveler, which is largely a traditional RPG. We started to see Square Enix explore other genres for HD-2D with Triangle Strategy, but the action RPG space is a new venture.

Calamity Angels: Special Delivery

February 13: Today, Idea Factory and Compile Heart announced Calamity Angels: Special Delivery for worldwide launch on Nintendo Switch. It will be available this summer.

Calamity Angels: Special Delivery is a delivery service RPG. Kei Nanameda, known for his previous work on the Mary Skelter and Death end re;Quest series, is contributing visuals to the project.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land Spring Mouth, Gear Mouth, Sign Mouth

Gear Mouth and Sign Mouth have been officially revealed as new Mouthful Modes for the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Kirby and the Forgotten Land following a recent leak. A video was just posted with a first look.

Spring Mouth was previously showcased. By using it, players can bounce around and high jump to reach lofty platforms. They can also smash down to squash enemies or break objects and surfaces.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tactical Takedown is making the jump to Nintendo Switch, Strange Scaffold announced today. It’ll be out for the console on August 14, 2025.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tactical Takedown is a  fast-paced turn-based beat ’em up game. When it comes to Nintendo Switch, a Remix Mode will be included that has more content, more enemies, and increased difficulty.

Indie World Showcase August 2025

A new August 2025 Indie World Showcase is set to air later this week, Nintendo has announced. The presentation goes live this Thursday at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe.

Indie World will cover upcoming titles planned for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. The event should be about 15 minutes long.

A release date has come in for the Nintendo Switch racer Formula Legends. The game is launching on September 18, 2025, 3DClouds announced today.

3DClouds first unveiled Formula Legends back in April. After initially sharing a 2025 launch window, we now have a proper date.

Fans have come across a new survey issued in the United States about physical and digital media. Participants can field various questions about purchasing preferences for physical and digital games, retail releases that have a code-in-box, and game-key cards. 


Nintendo released a new video today showcasing a few European digital game highlights from July 2025. Some of the highlighted titles include Donkey Kong Bananza, Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4.

Deltarune 1.04 update

The next update for Deltarune has been released in the form of version 1.04. Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch players should be able to access it now.

This is mainly a bug fix patch – including two specific items addressed in the Nintendo Switch 2 version – but there are some adjustments as well. We’re also hearing that version 1.05 is planned, but it “only contains minor changes” and that could be the final one.
