Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin

With just a week to go, Capcom has shared the official launch trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin. We’ve attached it below.

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin arrives for Switch on July 9.

During the Monster Hunter Stories 2 Special Pre-Launch Program, Capcom shared an update roadmap for the game. New content will be delivered starting in July, continuing into October.

Players can look forward to several new Monsties, including Palamute, Hellblade, Glavenus, Boltreaver Astalos, Soulseer Mizutsune, Elderfrost Gammoth, Oroshi Kirin, Dreadking Rathalos, Molten Tigrex, Silver Rathalos, and Gold Rathian. New co-op quests are planned as well.

One of the things we’ve heard about The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is that the game will have quality of life improvements over the original. Nintendo has now put out a trailer detailing the improvements, additions, and changes for the Switch version.

Gust, the developer at Koei Tecmo responsible for the Atelier series, appears to have important news incoming. The studio’s official Twitter account shared the image above a couple of hours ago, which indicates that some sort of announcement will be made on July 6. Just by going off of the actual photo, many are speculating that a new Atelier title will be revealed.

Gust is largely known for the Atelier games, but the team does work on other projects as well. Last year for instance, the studio released a title based on Fairy Tail.

Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit

A fairly significant update has just gone out for Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. Nintendo and Velan Studios are now offering version 1.1.0.

The highlight of today’s update is the addition of a Mario Cup. A couple of new kart designs are included as well.

Zelda: Skyward Sword HD

Nintendo published a new wave of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD commercials for North America today, and three more are in for the company’s Japanese demographic. The full set can be found below.

Mythic Ocean

Mythic Ocean, an adventure game from Nakana.io and Paralune, is nearly here on Switch. Take a look at some footage in the video below.

The Gear.Club Unlimited franchise has sold over one million copies on Switch, Microids and Eden Games has announced.

Gear.Club Unlimited first launched in 2017. A sequel, Gear.Club Unlimited 2, followed in 2018. Both are Switch exclusives.
