Shovel Knight: King of Cards will be available in early 2018, Nintendo and Yacht Club Games revealed during today’s indie presentation. This will be the final expansion for Shovel Knight.

Super Meat Boy Forever is coming to Switch, Team Meat announced during today’s Nindies Summer Showcase presentation. It’ll launch in Spring 2018.

The Nindies Summer Showcase 2017 will be kicking off in just a short while. Nintendo will begin the broadcast in an hour from now, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM in the UK / 7 PM in Europe. You can watch the stream as it happens below.

Today’s presentation will highlight multiple indie games for Switch. Other than that, we don’t have much to go on. We should be finding out what today’s event has in store very soon.

Kingdom: New Lands could be joining the European Switch eShop very soon. According to a listing on the store, it’ll be launching on September 14. The game was previously announced during the first Nindies Showcase earlier this year.

Gear.Club Unlimited will be available for Switch on December 1, Microids and Eden Games announced today.

Microids promises “an authentic racing car universe” for Switch owners with with Gear.Club Unlimited. You’ll be able to “approach the most incredible rides currently on the market, vibrate to the sound of high power engines to live a driving experience second to none in the most beautiful cars in the world.”

Microids also confirmed the first sixteen super cars included in Gear.Club Unlimited. They are as follows:

A few weeks ago, Nintendo started a new Zelda: Breath of the Wild news channel on Switch. Regular items have been sent out and can be obtained by launching the game through various messages that are delivered through there.

Today, Nintendo published another new message from Zelda: Breath of the Wild director Hidemaro Fujibayashi. If you boot up the game by selecting “Start software” at the end of the message, you’ll receive a boomerang.

No More Robots and RageSquid are taking Descenders very seriously on Switch. Speaking to Nintendo Life, No More Robots founder Mike Rose said that “the plan is to make sure the Switch version of the game is as great as possible”.

According to Rose, “Nintendo has been super supportive”, and the same goes for Switch fans. We’ll be seeing videos of Descenders running on Switch “soon” so that the community can follow along as the project develops.
