Nintendo’s latest maintenance schedule for the week of June 4, 2023 is in, and as far as what’s been announced, there’s actually nothing for Switch. Instead, it’s the Wii U and 3DS that’ll be impacted a bit.

Solarpunk

Publisher Rokaplay and developer Cyberwave have announced Solarpunk for Switch. The project is currently targeting a Steam Early Access launch for 2024 with consoles, including Switch, to follow.

Solarpunk actually ended up on Kickstarter this week where it already found a ton of success. In its first day, the campaign smashed its €30,000 funding goal.

Mystic Gate update 1.1.0

A new update for Mystic Gate, version 1.1.0, has now started distribution.

There’s quite a bit new here with difficulty levels and new achievements. The team also implemented a number of improvements and fixes.

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection director Masakazu Eguchi has briefly discussed the origins of the release.

Eguchi spoke about how it came to be in an interview with 4Gamer. It seems that the project was in the works for about two years, and while Capcom already decided on things internally, it sounds like fans’ interest also helped make things a reality.
