Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was expected to be a big part of today’s Nintendo Direct, and Nintendo did not disappoint on that front with the reveal of a new trailer, collector’s edition, and amiibo.
The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collector’s Edition will have a few extras alongside the main game. Buyers will receive an art book with concept art, steelbook case, an Iconart steel poster, and a set of four pin badges. Pricing is set at $129.99 (the standard version will be $69.99).
Octopath Traveler II, Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe demos out on Switch today

A pair of new demos are incoming for Switch. Along with Octopath Traveler II, Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe will have a trial on the eShop.
With Octopath Traveler II, fans can experience the game’s opening hours. As for Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe, up to four players can play a specially arranged demo with select stages and subgames.
Octopath Traveler II and Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe are both due out for Switch on February 24, 2023.

The new game will have Professor Layton encountering new puzzles in a fresh setting. Players will take on epic riddles as they progress through the story of this puzzle-fantasy adventure.

Baten Kaitos 1 & 2 HD Remaster announced for Switch

Bandai Namco has just announced Baten Kaitos 1 & 2 HD Remaster, updated versions of the classic card RPGs now making their way to Switch. A release is planned for this summer.
Both Baten Kaitos titles were developed by Monolith Soft of Xenoblade fame. Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean came out at the end of 2003 in Japan, 2004 in North America, and 2005 in Europe. It was followed by Baten Kaitos Origins – which is actually a prequel – in 2006.
