Monster Hunter XX now has a Detective Conan collaboration

With just days to go before Monster Hunter XX comes out in Japan, Capcom continues to roll out collaborations. The latest one ties into the manga Detective Conan.
Like other collaborations, this one will offer a quest as well. Players can earn armor in the style of Detective Conan’s “Shadow Person” upon completion.

Yo-kai Watch 3 to be updated to version 3.0 this spring in Japan

Level-5 is finishing up another big update for Yo-kai Watch 3. First details were shared today about version 3.0, which launches in Japan this spring.
Gematsu provides the following information:
– New Enma – Each version of the game will add a new Enma
– Yo-kai Watch 3: Sushi – Taiyoushin Enma
– Yo-kai Watch 3: Tempura – Jikuushin Enma
– Yo-kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki – Ankokushin Enma
– New quests
– Quests include befriending KJ and Fubuki-chan
– Each version of the game will add exclusive new yo-kai that can be obtained
– Yo-kai Watch 3: Sushi – Isononami
– Yo-kai Watch 3: Tempura – Yamaokami
– Yo-kai Watch 3: Sukiyaki – Tsukinoyami
– New yo-kai in every version, including Agyou, Onmoraki, Chouchin Obake, Gosu, Ungyou, Doubyoushi, and Mesu
– New Dungeon and Guardians for Busters Treasure Mode
– A new Yo-kai World-like, onsen-esque dungeon had been added to Busters Treasure mode, as well as new Guardian Anahori Mogzou
– Bushiou and Captain Thunder will also appear as Guardians
– Kemamoto and Nagisaki have been added to the RPG parts
– You can ride a helicopter, explore a peaceful mountain village, and discover yo-kai
– Fish at the port town Nagisaki

Culdcept Revolt Limited Edition on the way

NIS America will release Culdcept Revolt Limited Edition, the publisher revealed today. The standard version will still be sold, but dedicated fans can pick up this special package for extra goodies.
The Culdcept Revolt Limited Edition has a copy of the game, hardcover art book, 1-disc original soundtrack, set of two dice, set of seven foil cards, and a collectors’ box. Pre-orders are open here.

Characters
Berkut (CV: Tatsuhisa Suzuki)
– Emperor Rigel’s nephew
– Aristocrat that places great importance on social status
– Guided the coup d’etat in Zofia by luring Desaix into betraying, and such
Effie (CV: Atsumi Tanezaki)
– Alm’s childhood friend
– Joins the liberation army wit the sole thought of wanting to be by Alm at all times
– Starting class: “Villager”
Silque (CV: Yuka Inokuchi)
– Was saved by Alm after being imprisoned by bandits
– Entrusts her with a royal treasure called “Mila’s Gear”
– Starting class: Sister
Systems
– Choose between “Normal” and “Hard” when first starting
– Can also choose battle rules between “Classic” that has perma-deaths after battles and “Casual” that allows any fallen characters to revive once back on the map
– Royal Treasure “Mila’s Gear”: special item for battles to rewind the movement of a unit
– Mila’s Gear has limited uses
– Since there is no weapon affinity in the game, topography effects are crucial

Pokémon Shuffle’s weekly update has arrived, bringing a new Mega Stone competition for Garchompite, as well as regular stages.
The Mega competition pits players against Mega Garchomp for Garchompite. The competition will run until March 21, and prizes are as follows:

The two costumed Pikachu stages feature the mouse in Lugia and Ho-oh costumes. Capturing Pikachu will be easier as more days pass. There is also a new stage featuring Chesnaught, one for Giratina Origin Forme, and a repeat run of a Dialga stage. The Chesnaught stage will run until March 21, while the others will run until the 28th.
