Release date: April 15, 2016

The highly-anticipated sequel to the 3DS’s surprise hit from Silicon Studio – which was originally supposed to be a brand new Final Fantasy game before becoming Bravely Default due to its different sense of direction – is here. It reunites us with our favorite characters from the first game while introducing a few new ones to bring us a brand new story, and manages to keep the world as fresh and vibrant as ever. Get ready to embark on an incredible new journey traversing the familiar and unfamiliar in Bravely Second’s vast new world as you save Agnés, who now serves as Pope in a seemingly utopian world – that is, until a mysterious new Empire kidnaps her on the day a peace treaty was to be signed.

We’re back with another weekend comic! It’s Pokemon-themed again, but this one is a bit special. We’re seeking input from all of you to help continue this “mini-series”.
Here’s today’s comic (click for full size):
As you can see in the last panel of the comic, the Pokemon inside Teddy’s Pokeball is currently a mystery. We’re leaving up to one of you to decide where we take things next. Should it be an existing Pokemon? Or maybe a new kind of creature? Heck, maybe something crazy like a Goomba or even Reggie?!
You can tell us what you want to see in the comments below. Even a drawing or any other way of sharing input works! We’ll end up picking a winner, which will be featured in the next part of this comic. We’re looking forward to seeing what ideas everyone has in mind!

Let’s Talk #44: Early Miitomo and My Nintendo thoughts
Nintendo launched two important things outside of Japan this week: Miitomo and My Nintendo. For the uninitiated, Miitomo is Nintendo’s very first mobile app while My Nintendo is the company’s brand new rewards service.
Both of these have been out for a few days now. Have you had a chance to try either of them out? If so, what are your thoughts thus far? No matter how you feel, let us know in the comments below!

Nintendo Everything comic #2: Metroid: Special Collector’s Petition
Posted on 8 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Comics | 34 Comments
We kicked off our new comic series last week, and we now have a new one to share with you today. If all goes well, you’ll hopefully see a new entry at around this time every Saturday. You can also get a look at our new banner above that we’ll be using from here on out!
While last week was a one-shot based on Zelda, today we’re introducing our two new characters who will be featured in many of our comics. The strip below pokes a bit of fun at some of the backlash Metroid Prime: Federation Force has been receiving, and some of the petitions that have stemmed from that.
Here’s the new comic (click for full size):
Let us know what you think! Just like last week, we’ll be taking a look at all comments. As we keep this feature going, we’re hoping that the writing will continue to become easier, and hopefully we can incorporate feedback in different ways.
[Review] Hyrule Warriors Legends
Posted on 8 years ago by Vincent Ward in 3DS, Reviews | 6 Comments
System: 3DS (review of Wii U original here)
Release date: March 25, 2016
Developer: Koei Tecmo
Publisher Nintendo
When I first reviewed Hyrule Warriors on the Wii U back in 2014, I fell in love with its epic battles and large scope surrounded by Zelda references and throwbacks galore. Now that Nintendo and the folks at Koei Tecmo have decided to dive back into the Zelda world by porting the game into Hyrule Warriors Legends on the 3DS, will sacrificing a bit of the scope for more content help this game become the definitive version, or will it just become a legend of the past?
