Knockout City free-to-play

Knockout City will soon be going the free-to-play route, Velan Studios announced today. Additionally, the developer intends to take over publishing duties from EA.

Knockout City launched on Switch last year. It has been priced at $19.99, though a Deluxe Edition also goes for $29.99.

Shadow Man Remastered physical

Limited Run Games has announced that Shadow Man Remastered, which landed on the Switch eShop not too long ago, is now getting a physical release.

Fans will be able to order either a standard version or “Classic Edition”. The latter version includes a physical copy of the game, Shadow Man Classic Edition Box, non-function cartridge for display, a double-sided poster, and official soundtrack.

Cult of the Lamb

Last year, Devolver Digital and Massive Monster announced Cult of the Lamb. The two sides followed up with more information today, including the news that the game is heading to Switch.

Cult of the Lamb is an action roguelike in which players take on the role of “a possessed lamb saved from annihilation by an ominous stranger, and must repay their debt by building a loyal following in his name.” Read more about the title below.

My Hero One's Justice 2 Midnight

Midnight will be added to My Hero One’s Justice 2 as the game’s latest DLC character, it’s been announced. Japanese magazine Weekly Jump shared the news exclusively.

My Hero Academia fans also know Midnight as Nemuri Kayama. By using her Quirk, she can make people around her sleep, though it had a stronger affect on males.

Touken Ranbu Warriors season pass DLC

The latest Japanese hardware sales from Famitsu are as follows:

Studio HG has announced a major content update for their rogue-lite core-action game Metallic Child. This update, titled Metallic Child Advanced, will go live in March simultaneously with its Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin collaboration DLC.

The update will offer a new “Advanced” difficulty setting, an endless mode called “The Bottomless Labs” as well as a new set of weapons and Customs to try out.

More information on the update should be announced as we near its release. We’ll keep you informed when new details show up.
