Genshin Impact developers Zelda Breath of the Wild

Genshin Impact is one of the most popular games around these days, but early on, one could argue that it struggled to find its identity with many comparing it to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The initial harsh reception seemed to have done a number on the development team.

During the Genshin Impact FES event, miHoYo president Lie Wei spoke about what it was like at the company when a video of the closed beta was released. Many didn’t really seem to understand what the title was going for, and again, the Zelda comparisons came about very often. Things were probably at the absolute worst at ChinaJoy in 2019 in which some fans protested and someone went as far as to smash their PS4 during the event.

Reflectile

Matter Games was previously able to find success on Kickstarter for its upcoming project Reflectile. Just over $18,000 was raised, securing the title for funding. A Switch version is confirmed as well.

Reflectile, a minimal precision-puzzle game, has players going through various stages as they seek the goal by reflecting, directing, and slowing down their tile. More information can be found in the following overview:

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 Jimmy Neutron

For the next Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 spotlight trailer, we have a look at Jimmy Neutron. He’s a brand new addition for the sequel.

One of Jimmy’s hooks is the use of Goddard. The robot companion can be summoned and then controlled, though Jimmy is vulnerable while that’s going on. Goddard will also be destroyed after taking a bit of damage, but it can shoot lasers, chomp opponents, and be dropped on an enemy’s head.
