In the English version of Super Mario Odyssey, Kate Higgins plays the role of Pauline and is behind the “Jump Up, Super Star!” song. Higgins has been involved with many anime including Naruto, plus a bunch of different games like Fire Emblem Awakening, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and Sonic.

With Higgins’ important role made known, Game Informer caught up with her for some interview questions. Higgins spoke with the publication about recording for Nintendo’s new song and voicing Pauline in Super Mario Odyssey.

With a demo for Sonic Forces being made available on the Japanese Switch eShop, we’re able to see how the game stacks up on Nintendo’s console and the PlayStation 4. See the two versions compared below.

FDG Entertainment is back with another reveal of a new transformation form from Monster Boy. The previous style was ditched, and the game now features a hand-drawn look.

Today’s reveal is the snake, which is pictured above. We should have a shot of the Pig and Dragon forms next. FDG says that once all forms are shown, we’ll have a glimpse of the animation, which is “a night and day difference to all the old footage of the game”.

LEGO Worlds just released its newest update, which adds some exciting movie-making features. The most noteworthy addition to the game is the camera car, which allows you to record movies ingame. You can watch the informative update trailer below.

TIME was among the outlets granted an interview with Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime this week. The interview included a few different topics, including how Wii and Wii U led to Switch with innovation being key, 3DS’ continued importance, and third-party games for Switch.

SEGA uploaded a new piece of music from Sonic Forces today. The track is Eggman’s Facility (Rhythm and Balance Remix), which was handled by Tomoya Ohtani. Listen to the track below.

The new update for Earth Atlantis is here. Headup Games and Pixel Perfex have sent out version 1.0.1.

Today’s patch involves the following:

– Drop the sub-weapon that you had equipped before you got defeated right at your restart point
– Item boxes spawn much closer to the restart point and player’s location
– Increased drop rates of items and sub-weapons
– Increased the player’s ship speed
– Reduced the difficulty of some boss monsters, especially on Easy Mode
– Minor bugs fixed
– A new game icon

Earth Atlantis should be updated automatically to version 1.0.1. If it doesn’t, there should be an update option in the game’s settings.

The reviews for Super Mario Odyssey dropped yesterday, and Nintendo couldn’t have hoped for a better reception. Switch’s new game earned heaps of praise from all sorts of outlets.

On GameRankings, which archives reviews across generations, Super Mario Odyssey is now the highest rated game of all time with a score of 98.92%. Nintendo actually owns the full top five on the site. Super Mario Galaxy is #2 at 97.64%, followed by Zelda: Ocarina of Time at 97.54%, Super Mario Galaxy 2 at 97.35%, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 97.28%.
