3DS eShop

Moving Player’s Wizdom, which was announced over a year ago, now has a release date in Europe. The game is due out on October 22 for €9.99.

Wizdom features match 3 gameplay across four realms. Moving Player promises “a dozen hours of fun and challenge.”

There’s no release date for Wizdom in North America just yet. We’ll let you know when we have that information.

Game Boy games on the 3DS Virtual Console appears to be a thing of the past. According to a tweet from Natsume, Nintendo has “moved on” from such releases on the eShop.

Here’s what Natsume said when asked about the possibility of Tail Gator on the 3DS eShop:


The 3DS Virtual Console as a whole has actually been pretty dead for awhile. I believe the Donkey Kong Land games came out in February, and we haven’t seen anything since. The last 3DS VC release in Japan was in December 2014.

Nintendo has given Collectible Badge Center its weekly update. The latest additions include Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball, Pokemon, and Animal Crossing. Players have access to two free goes as well.

Gunslugs 2 is coming to the European 3DS eShop later this month. The game is listed on the digital store for release on October 22, with pricing set at €4.99. Gunslugs 2 should also be launching in North America soon.

After a slightly longer-than-expected wait for 3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2, it’s now out on the 3DS eShop. The game will only take up 313 blocks of space on an SD card. That amounts to roughly 40MB.

Battleminer developer Wobbly Tooth is bringing out its new game next week. Next Thursday, “The Magic Hammer” will be distributed on the 3DS eShop for $5.99.

The Magic Hammer is an open-world co-op action RPG. Players can create a character and explore different worlds, battle enemies (including bosses), mine/build, and play with others locally or online.

Following a lengthy wait, SmileBASIC is finally due out in North America next week. Nintendo’s website has the app listed for release on October 15. Pricing is set at $9.99.
