Japan gets Zelda: Breath of the Wild Champions 3DS theme

To celebrate the arrival of The Champions’ Ballad for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, a new 3DS theme has been released in Japan for 200 yen. It should eventually be made available in North America and Europe as well. We have a video for the theme below.
The Game Awards 2017 winners revealed – Zelda: Breath of the Wild wins “Game of the Year”

Another year of The Game Awards is in the books. Coinciding with reveals throughout the show, awards were handed out across a number of different categories.
Two Nintendo games in particular earned a ton of nominations – The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey. Both won awards, but Zelda ultimately took home the majority out of the two, including the top “Game of the Year” prize. Other titles also won out including Metroid: Samus Returns as “Best Handheld Game” and Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle as “Best Strategy Game”.

Estimated total coins for the Super Mario games prior to Odyssey’s release

Have you ever wondered how many coins the various Super Mario games have scattered around? Giff Gaff was apparently curious, as the company has calculated estimated totals. Almost every title was examined, with the exception of Super Mario Odyssey – perhaps since it’s a recent release.
There are also some caveats. For Super Mario Galaxy 2, a let’s play was the primary source. Other sources were also used in some cases to help with the totals.

Pokemon Shuffle update (12/5/2017)

This time with Pokemon Shuffle we get a new Toxapex stage and new Pokemon Safari including: Morelull, Cutiefly, Shiinotic, Flabébé (Winking) & Floette (Winking). All of these stages will be around til December 19th. On top of that there is a new Fennekin (Winking) stage, Shiny Mega Gardevoir competitive stage and repeat runs of Salazzle and Incineroar stages all lasting to December 12th.
