Super Mario Maker for 3DS’s pre-load went live in Japan earlier this week. Now in North America, the same option is up on the eShop.
To pre-load Super Mario Maker for 3DS, you’ll need 2,921 blocks of free space. That amounts to 365.125 MB.
You can pre-load Super Mario Maker for 3DS to be ready for launch day. Nintendo is letting users purchase the game and download most of its data ahead of time. Then at release, only a small update will be needed to begin playing.

Nintendo says in customer service email that bans stemming from pirated Pokemon Sun/Moon copies are permanent
Posted on 8 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 167 Comments
Nintendo started handing out bans to Pokemon Sun/Moon pirates this week. Not only are they unable to play the games online, but they’re also unable to access internet services on the 3DS itself such as the eShop.
We heard a few reports that some of the folks affected would only be banned fifteen days – mainly those who had only committed a first time offense. However, it would seem that it’s actually permanent.
In a customer service email Nintendo is sending out in Germany, bans won’t be undone and “undoing this is out of the question.” You can read it in full below.
