Nintendo and HAL Laboratory have again prepared some concept art from Kirby Star Allies. This time around, we have a look at a couple of images focusing on The Divine Terminus. More specifically, we have a look at the alter with Jamba Heart at the end of the game.

While not a massive spoiler, the art is still from the end of Kirby Star Allies. You can find both pieces of concept art below.

Nintendo’s maintenance schedule for the coming week has once again been updated. Thus far, only two sessions are planned – one for Switch, and another for Nintendo Network ID.

The current schedule is as follows:

Chasm

Bit Kid has announced that Chasm will be getting a big update on Switch soon. The developer is working with an outside porting studio to put the latest additions on Nintendo’s console.

Thus far, Bit Kid has only mentioned a few elements about the update. Players can look forward to new room variations for all areas, unique and legendary item drops as well as bonus stats, and customizable gamepad controls.

Chasm is currently available digitally on the Switch eShop. A release date for the update has not yet been announced.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 was updated on most platforms this week with a new Photo Mode. Unfortunately, Switch players will have to wait a bit longer. Bandai Namco says that the feature will be added “later this year” on Nintendo’s console.

As the name implies, Photo Mode lets player take all sorts of unique screenshots in-game. Various filters can be used as well.

3D Realms is currently planning its first-person shooter Wrath: Aeon of Ruin for Switch. Schreiber, recently speaking with GameRevolution, indicated that getting mature titles approved by Nintendo is relatively simple.

Schreiber says that the Big N would only take issues with games that would fall under the Adults-Only-rated ESRB category – meaning “straight-up nudity and violence.” Other than that, “it’s pretty straightforward.”

Professor Layton and the Curious Village

Could Professor Layton and the Curious Village be coming to Switch? A listing from G4F Localization certainly gives some hope in that area.

The website for G4F Localization has a page up for Professor Layton and the Curious Village for Switch, which was just added this month. It states that that the company worked on “additional translation for the Nintendo Switch version, in French by G4F & Italian, German and Spanish by Native Prime.” A 2018 date is also mentioned, but that could just be when localization was done.
