RemiLore is a beautiful game at face value that brings you into a fantasy world of magic and adventure. You’ll play as the protagonist Remi and her grimoire companion throughout dungeons that are vibrant and stand out compared to other titles within the genre. However, while things may seem appealing and inviting at the surface, what you ultimately have is a game with a bit of an identity crisis as it incorporates so many elements between its story, gameplay, structure, and mechanics that it feels like a mess attempting too much at once just to stand out further. There’s promise to be had every time you play through it, but nothing ever clicks or feels as if it belongs, making the entire experience feel like one big “what’s the point?” scenario.

Three months ago, The First Tree made its debut on consoles – including Switch. Creator David Wehle took to Twitter and shared some information about the game has been doing so far.

As shown in the graph below, half of The First Tree’s console sales have been on Switch (51%). The next closet is Xbox One at 30%, and PlayStation 4 next at 19%. Wehle believes that having the game featured on stores like the eShop provides the biggest boost. The PS4 version has gone on sale before, but not the Switch or Xbox One releases as of yet.

Not too long ago, Supergiant Games brought over a couple of its older games to Switch. Bastion and Transistor can both be found on the eShop. Pyre, however, is missing in action. Why is that?

Supergiant writer and designer Greg Kasavin explained the situation with USgamer. The team appreciates the fan interest in Pyre on Switch, but a port isn’t a simple task. Supergiant is instead putting all of its effort into Hades, the company’s next true game.

Space War Arena, a new Switch game from the creator of Ecco the Dolphin, is out now on the eShop. We’ve included the game’s launch trailer below.
