Thanks to the credits of Donkey Kong Bananza, we have confirmation of the voice actors for both Donkey Kong himself and Pauline.
For Donkey Kong, Kouji Takeda played the part. We can probably now say that he’s the character’s new voice actor moving forward. Takeda was the Japanese voice actor for Donkey Kong in The Super Mario Bros. Movie and then just did the same for Mario Kart World.

Super Mario Run starts new Donkey Kong Bananza event

Donkey Kong Bananza is out on Nintendo Switch 2 today, and to celebrate, a brand new event has started up in Super Mario Run.
New rewards are available that can be earned by completing different missions. You’ll clear your first once by simply booting up the mobile game and visiting your kingdom. Other missions involve collecting coins, defeating a certain amount of enemies, and more. Players can fill out three mission sheets in total, which provide different statues.

June 4: As we enter the Nintendo Switch 2 era, the very first Switch Online icons are here for a game on the console – that being Mario Kart World.
Starting today, different designs will be available if you’re a member of the service. Fans can grab icons for many different characters, backgrounds, and frames. Characters, as usual, cost 10 My Nintendo Platinum Points each. Backgrounds and frames will set you back 5 Platinum Points. Icons can be earned on both Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
Fantasy Maiden Wars: Dream of the Stray Dreamer finally launching on Nintendo Switch in 2025, English confirmed

The Touhou Nintendo Switch news just keeps coming in, and now we know that Fantasy Maiden Wars: Dream of the Stray Dreamer will be released on the platform in English. Fans will be able to grab it in 2025.
Fantasy Maiden Wars: Dream of the Stray Dreamer is a fantasy tactical RPG in which players command over 70 characters across grid-based battles. We’ve been waiting a long time for this one as it was unveiled way back in 2021 as Gensou Shoujo Wars.

In just a couple of weeks, Troublemaker: Raise Your Gang will be seeing a release on Nintendo Switch. Soft Source Publishing and Gamecom Team shared plans for the game today and confirmed the launch for July 31, 2025.
Troublemaker: Raise Your Gang is a 3D high school beat ’em up game. As part of a fighting tournament, you’ll fight your way to the top of the social food chain.

Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour started distribution of its latest update, version 1.0.2.
Unfortunately, Nintendo is keeping quiet on most of the specifics. The company says that it’s fixed some issues, but doesn’t explain what’s been touched up.

Nintendo just issued the latest Super Mario Party Jamboree update via version 2.1.0.
The big thing is that compatibility is now included with the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. As part of that, there are some specific bugs that have been fixed for the new version, including one that was game-breaking.
