Indie developers continue to show very strong support for Wii U. PD Design Studio is yet another company that intends to bring a game to the system’s eShop.

In late Q3 or early Q4, PD Design will release Dusty Raging Fist on Wii U – a side-scrolling fighter. It’s not the same game as Dusty Revenge (a title that can be found on Steam Greenlight), though it does take place in the same universe. Raging Fist takes place earlier, meaning you’ll be controlling different characters.

PD Design has hinted that it could support the Wii U eShop even further down the road. But while the team hopes to “capitalize” on its new developer status on the console, “we’ll only do so if the game is suitable for it.”
