Fire Emblem Heroes

A new set of quests has been added to Fire Emblem Heroes. The “Defeat Foes” quests, as the name implies, require you to defeat a variety of enemies. The quests will be available for two weeks. The specific quests and their rewards are as follows:

  • Defeat 5 green-type foes that are level 10 or higher with red-type allies – 1 Orb
  • Defeat 5 red-type foes that are level 10 or higher with blue-type allies – 50 Great Scarlet Badges
  • Defeat 5 blue-type foes that are level 10 or higher with green-type allies – 50 Great Azure Badges
  • Defeat 10 staff foes that are level 20 or higher with red-type allies – 50 Great Verdant Badges
  • Defeat 10 bow foes that are level 20 or higher with blue-type allies – 50 Great Transparent Badges
  • Defeat 10 dagger foes that are level 20 or higher with green-type allies – 300 Arena Medals
  • Defeat 10 green magic foes that are level 20 or higher with red-type allies – 3 Dueling Crests
  • Defeat 10 red magic foes that are level 20 or higher with blue-type allies – 3 Light’s Blessing
  • Defeat 10 blue magic foes that are level 20 or higher with green-type allies – 3 Stamina Potions
  • Defeat 15 axe foes that are level 40 or higher with red-type allies – 1 Orb
  • Defeat 15 sword foes that are level 40 or higher with blue-type allies – 1 Orb
  • Defeat 15 lance foes that are level 40 or higher with green-type allies – 1 Orb
  • Defeat 15 colorless-type foes that are level 40 or higher with colorless-type allies – 1 Orb

Earlier today, Niantic began distributing a new update for Pokemon GO. Like we usually see, dedicated fans have started plugging away to see if it holds anything interesting under the surface. And as it turns out, some very interesting information is hidden away inside.

The Silph Road shared its findings earlier today. What really seems notable here is some new quest functionality included in the code.

Pokemon GO

A new Pokemon GO update is starting to roll out. Niantic is beginning to distribute version 1.61.1 for iOS, and version 0.91.1 for Android.

The official patch notes are as follows:

– Improved the in-game News feature.
– The Pokémon Collection search function now lets Trainers search using “Shiny.”
– Various bug fixes and performance updates.

The official Fire Emblem Heroes Twitter account has announced that Ike: Vanguard Legend is currently in the lead for the A Hero Rises voting event. The hero who wins that event will be made available for free to all players. The first round of voting will last until February 13th. The top 4 heroes will then face off in the second voting round which will last from February 16th till February 20th. You can vote here.

The latest part of Fire Emblem Heroes’ first anniversary celebration has started. Players can now take on a new wave of Developer Challenge maps in Special Maps. Additionally, a set of Special Quests are available.

You’ll have until February 28 to participate in the latest event.

The end of Miitomo was announced last month. But as the sun sets on one Nintendo mobile app, the company is gearing up for something entirely new. Earlier in the week, Mario Kart Tour was revealed for smart devices.

As of now, we know almost nothing about Mario Kart Tour. Literally the only information we have is that it’s releasing in the fiscal year ending in March 2019. That’s it. Not a single gameplay detail.

That means it’s up for us to think about the possibilities for Mario Kart Tour. Will it retain the same basic style of gameplay that we know of in which the perspective is set from behind the racer you’re playing as? How will the game play on mobile devices? Did you miss the Grand Hero Battle with Valter in Fire Emblem Heroes originally? If so, you’ll be happy to hear that it’s back. Grand Hero Valter: Dark Moonstone is waiting again in Special Maps. Even players who cleared this previously can take on limited-time special quests to earn rewards.

Super Mario Run’s latest event is now up and running. Until February 16, players can partake in Gold Goomba Lite.

This is a version of the Gold Goombas event in which you have an easier chance to obtain certain rewards. By defeating Gold Goombas in World Tour, you can get these special items. Icons will appear on courses where Gold Goombas can be found.
