Metallic Child is coming to Switch, Studio HG announced today. Not much is known about the project, though we do know that it’s a roguelike action game.

Metallic Child is currently slated for early 2019. We’ve posted the game’s first trailer below.

Fortnite

Epic Games has released the latest update for Fortnite. Available on Switch, version 5.21 is out now for all players.

Today’s update includes the limited time modes Soaring 50’s and Sniper Shootout. Players can also get their hands on the Heavy Sniper Rifle.

Fernz Gate

Kemco intends to release the RPG Fernz Gate on Switch next week. We have a trailer for the title attached below.

Wargroove

Chucklefish held a lengthy live stream for Wargroove today. Along with a general look at the game, quite a bit was shown from the newly-detailed cutscene editor. We have the full recording below.

Digerati has announced yet another title for Switch. In partnership with Spaceboy Games and Kittehface Software, the ball-juggling puzzle platformer HackyZack will be hitting Switch next week. A new two-player mode will be included.

Looking for more of a challenge out of Overcooked 2? If so, you’ll be happy to hear that a New Game+ mode is in the works.

We don’t have too many details about the mode at present, though it “will give you a reason to go back through all 45 levels and work to get 4 stars”. Additional information about New Game+ will be provided leading up to launch.
