Pinstripe

Pinstripe is getting a Switch release, creator Thomas Brush has confirmed. A release hasn’t been determined yet, but it’s expected in a month or so.

Originally released last April, Pinstripe is a puzzle-adventure game in which a former minister moves through the frozen depths of Hell in search of his kidnapped daughter. We have more information and a trailer below.

Vertical Reach

Vertical Reach has announced that the puzzle game Yuso is releasing on July 5 for Switch. Pricing is set at $7.99.

You’ll need to clear the screen of Yuso while playing as a space doctor traveling the Solar System. As you progress, the difficulty will increase with later stages in particular posing a high degree of challenge.

Digital Foundry has put the new Switch version of Paladins to the test. What we learn is that, ultimately, Hi-ReZ Studios has done a great job with the port from a technical perspective.

Paladins manages to hit a mostly smooth 60 FPS on Switch. Despite a few small hiccups here and there, you’re getting a consistent frame rate for the most part.

A Fold Apart

Lightning Rod Games has been tinkering away on a new project A Fold Apart. While the “3D puzzle game about the emotional struggle of a long distance relationship set in a world of folding paper” is targeted for Switch, the developer is looking for some help from the community to help make the experience even better.

A campaign has opened on Fig where fans can support and pre-order A Fold Apart. Additional funding will “facilitate the development of additional paper folding mechanics, enhance the story through added animation and cutscenes, as well as enable the game to come to all major platforms at launch, including Nintendo Switch.”

You can find A Fold Apart here. We have more information and a trailer below.

Next Tuesday, Air Mail will be available on the Switch eShop. Have a look at some early footage in the video below.
