Xeodrifter confirmed for Switch

Xeodrifter, a Metroidvania game developed by Renegade Kid, is now on its way to Switch. Atooi tweeted out a photo today confirming the news.

Atooi teased last week that the studio has three Switch games planned for 2018. Xeodrifter should be one of them.

Europe’s top 15 downloads on the Switch eShop for December 2017

In a recent news post sent out to Switch owners, Nintendo provided a listing of the top 15 European eShop downloads for December.
Rocket League was again the best-selling game. Arcade Archives Vs. Super Mario Bros. is right behind at #2.

A listing on the North American eShop shows that Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2 is coming to Switch, and seemingly very soon. The official eShop page contains release date of January 11.
Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2 is an adventure game in which you create your own Stickman and guide it through a world filled with creatures. You can use pencils, tools, and weapons to save your friend from the evil ink.

Never Stop Sneakin’ listed for January 8 release in Europe

Humble Heart’s stealth game Never Stop Sneakin’ arrived on the North American Switch eShop last month. While it isn’t out in Europe just yet, the release could be taking place very soon.
A listing on the European eShop shows a release date of January 8. Since these listings have been more accurate as of late, we assume the included date is final.

Poly Bridge update out now (version 1.0.1)

A new update is now available for Poly Bridge. Dry Cactus Games has issued version 1.0.1.
The new patch addresses one aspect in particular. Here’s the news straight from Dry Cactus:

Mercenaries Saga Chronicles launches January 18 in Japan

Mercenaries Saga Chronicles, which was only just announced a few days ago, already has a Japanese release date. The digital collection arrives on January 18 as an eShop download.
Mercenaries Saga Chronicles bundles together all three entries in the series. Each one offers tactical RPG gameplay. The second and third games are available on 3DS, though the first title is currently just on mobile (and in Japanese only).
Super Meat Boy for Switch – Race Mode overview, file size, price, screenshots

A little over a week ago, Team Meat revealed that Super Meat Boy is coming to Switch on January 11. The game now has an eShop listing that contains some extra tidbits of information.
Brand new to the Switch version of Super Meat Boy is a Race Mode. Here’s a brief overview:
“In this 2 player split screen race, friends (or enemies) can compete against each other through individual chapters, randomized levels, or the entire game! Choose light world, dark world, or both and have at it. Side effects may include: elevated heartbeat, severe anxiety, hubris, and schandenfreude.”
According to Super Meat Boy’s listing, the download size is 204MB. We also have a price point of $14. Finally, hit up the gallery below for a few screenshots from the Switch version of Super Meat Boy, including images from Race Mode.

Grave Danger: Ultimate Edition heading to Switch in Q3 2018

Grave Danger: Ultimate Edition is making its way to Switch, Spotted Shark Studio announced today. It will be released in Q3 2018.
Grave Danger is an action-adventure game about an unlikely group of heroes: Dante the cowboy, Elliot the wizard, and Malice the reaper. By using their different abilities, you can solve puzzles and progress through the game. The “Ultimate Edition” in development for Switch will feature ten new levels with original mechanics and more.
