We knew that Shinobi Refle: Senran Kagura was due to be released sometime this year, but it turns out it’s actually quite soon – the game will be released this Friday, on November 24th. It will be an eShop-exclusive title. Since the Switch is region-free, you will be able to easily download it by accessing the Japanese eShop. Note that the game has received a Cero D rating in Japan, which means it’s an 18+ / adults-only game.

Truberbrook already funded on Kickstarter
Posted on 7 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch eShop | 4 Comments
btf only just started its Kickstarter for Truberbrook this week. Despite that, the funding goal has already exceeding its original asking amount. Truberbrook needed roughly $94,000 to success, but is already over $150,000 with close to a month left in the campaign.
Truberbrook is a mystery sci-fi adventure game with hand-crafted scenes. Here’s the general premise, for those who missed it the first time around:
“Imagine yourself on a vacation to Europe in the late sixties. Now, picture yourself as a young American scientist; Hans Tannhauser. Yes, that’s your name in this scenario. While you’re at it, think of Trüberbrook, a remote village in rural, mountain-sloped and densely forested cold-war Germany. Because, that’s where you somehow end up after hitting the continent. But who cares, you won the trip in a lottery! Or at least, that’s how it seems. But don’t fear, instead of getting some rest, you could find yourself having to save the world…”
Headup Games will be publishing Truberbrook on Switch when development is finished. The project is currently targeted for late 2018.

[Review] RIVE: Ultimate Edition
Posted on 7 years ago by Vincent Ward in Reviews, Switch eShop | 1 Comment
System: Switch
Release date: November 17, 2017
Developer: Two Tribes
Publisher: Two Tribes
In RIVE, you control a spider-mech that is piloted by a loud mouthed, raunchy captain as he tries to escape a space warehouse that constantly pours threat after threat his way. As far as story- that’s as much as you’re going to get, aside from awkward one-liners and poor pop culture references. The story never grows into much more than that, but that’s completely fine. A game like RIVE doesn’t need a huge encompassing tale to keep you invested, just the quick paced action of the 7ish hour campaign will keep you invested enough.
