My Time at Sandrock Switch release date set for September, physical release, new trailer

PM Studios and Pathea Games today revealed a final release date for the Switch version of My Time at Sandrock and also shared news about a physical release. The title is expected on September 26, 2023.
My Time at Sandrock, a follow-up to My Time at Portia, is an adventure RPG. The project was funded on Kickstarter a few years ago.

Capcom announced today that Primordial Malzeno will be added to Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak as part of a final bonus update. The patch goes live on June 8, 2023.
Primordial Malzeno was introduced during one last presentation for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreakjust moments ago. This will be the game’s final monster. Amatsu was actually originally planned as the final monster, but that wasn’t the case after all.

No Man’s Sky “Singularity” update out now (version 4.30), patch notes and trailer

Hello Games just announced a Singularity update for No Man’s Sky, which is the community expedition ten for the game. This will run for about five weeks.
The event has players exploring a harmonic camp, nestled among the purple-hazed mountains of Ahei XV. The narrative-heavy journey comprises the second chapter of the story introduced in Interceptor. Some exclusive rewards can be obtained as well.

Octopath Traveler II shipments and digital sales surpass one million

Square Enix has shared a new sales milestones for Octopath Traveler II. Since launch, total shipments and digital sales for the RPG have surpassed one million units worldwide.
That news was shared in an official tweet today. A special piece of art was posted to celebrate, which we have above.
Octopath Traveler II initially released for Switch on February 24, 2023.

A new update has been announced for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, which will bring the game up to version 2.0.0. This will be released on June 11 in North America and June 12 in Europe and Japan, and brings an extensive number of changes and adjustments to various characters’ moves. Original (6/6): We have the latest UK software sales chart for the week ending June 3, 2023, and it includes another milestone for Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The game took the top spot again for the fourth straight week. Strictly looking at boxed sales, it’s now the third best-selling Zelda game in UK charts history having surpassed Ocarina of Time. Breath of the Wild and Twilight Princess take the top two spots respectively.

Sonic Origins Plus’ physical release has new content as separate download code

Those interested in picking up the upcoming physical version of Sonic Origins Plus might be disappointed to hear that not everything is included on the cartridge. Based on boxes showing up at retailers – specifically GameStop in this case – it seems that the new content is instead offered as a download code.
You’ll be getting the original, base experience on the Switch cartridge. With everything SEGA is introducing with the “Plus” version, it appears that’s all tied to an eShop download.
