Original (5/31):Alternate World Diego is joining JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R as the game’s latest DLC character, Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 announced today. More information will follow on June 12, 2023.
This now completes the game’s season pass. Risotto Nero, Rudol von Stroheim, and Keicho Nijimura were the previous DLC characters.

Amazon just started up its own buy 2, get 1 free sale on video games and more. Other categories include movies, books, toys, and games. You can participate in the sale here.
On the Switch front, a number of titles are already a part of the sale with more expected to be added over the coming days. Some of the notable inclusions are Sonic Frontiers, Dragon Quest Treasures, Rune Factory 5, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Games are available for other platforms as well.

GameStop has just started up a new buy 1, get 1 free sale for June 2023.
Pokemon Sword, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, New Pokemon Snap, Live A Live, Super Mario Party, and 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim are some of the highlights. All platforms are included. Over 400 titles are a part of the sale, and it looks like you can mix and match. If you find something for Switch and PS4 for example, you should be able to get the discount (as long as you both titles are a part of the B1G1).

Original (6/10): Target is gearing up for its latest buy 2, get 1 free sale for June 2023. It’s set to kick off later this weekend.
As we’ve often seen from the retailer, a whole bunch of categories are being thrown in here. Video games, books, movies, board games, activity sets, and puzzles will all be eligible. The actual ad doesn’t really show a lot of video games, but we expect a ton of Switch titles to be eligible. Also, it looks like The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be a part of the sale.

SEGA has shared with us some Switch-specific screenshots from Sonic Superstars.
This comes as a bit surprise as we usually have to wait quite a bit to see how some multiplatform titles are shaping up on Nintendo’s console. The wait can sometimes be so long that fans don’t have a good idea until launch. This is actually something that recently happened with LEGO 2K Drive since all assets were not from the Switch version.
