Momonga Pinball Adventures heading soon to the Wii U eShop
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U eShop | 0 comments
Update: Welp, this is what happens when your brain melts. We reported on this in 2013, but now a confirmation that it’s arriving soon. Keep your eyes peeled for further updates!
Momonga Pinball Adventures is planned for the Wii U eShop, Paladin Studios has confirmed to Nintendo Everything.
Originally, Momonga Pinball Adventures launched for mobile platforms in 2013. Here’s the official overview:
Instead of regular pinball, Momonga has levels, enemies, and bossfights. The hero is Momo, a young momonga who barely survived an owl attack on his village. He joins forces with a friendly panda and an ambitious firefly, who help him to win back his tribe. Are you able to stop the owl general Kuton and restore balance to the world? It’s time to roll.
Paladin Studios is keeping quiet on Wii U-specific details at the moment, including a release date. However, we’re told that it’s “coming soon.” The game will be on display at Gamescom, so it should definitely hit the eShop at some point this year.
You can get a look at Momonga Pinball Adventures in the video below.

Xeodrifter is making its way to Wii U, Renegade Kid has revealed.
During a “Class vs Crass” episode on Nintendo Enthusiast, studio co-founder Jools Watsham announced the news. Watsham didn’t share any specific details, but indicated that it won’t take long to complete. He also suggested that there will be a cross-buy offer of some sorts.
Xeodrifter originally hit the North America 3DS eShop last December. In Europe, it’s expected out on June 18.

Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Giveaway, Wii U eShop | 61 Comments
Update: Apologies for the slight delay in announcing our winner. A family member of mine has been in the hospital over the past few days, so to say things have been crazy here lately would be an understatement.
With that out of the way, let’s announce our winner. Congratulations to Kyoko! Your code will be sent out soon.
With Adventures of Pip’s North American launch slated for Thursday, we’re celebrating with a quick giveaway. We have one code to provide to a lucky winner (thanks Max Criden!).
In the title, Pip undergoes crucial transformations and evolutions. Excluding Pokemon (since that’d be too easy!), we want to read about your favorite physical transformation that a character goes through in a game. Just leave a comment below with your thoughts.
Our giveaway will run through Thursday evening. Note that the code can only be redeemed on a North American Wii U console.
By the way, in case you missed it, Dennis played through nearly an hour of Adventures of Pip over the weekend. You can watch our live stream archive below.

Next Elliot Quest update due out later this month, adds Miiverse Journal and more
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U eShop | 0 comments
Elliot Quest is receiving another new update later this month. On Miiverse, PlayEveryWare outlined what we can expect.
The big new addition is the arrival of the Miiverse Journal. This allows players to “directly post to Miiverse about what secrets you’ve found, take notes on what areas you need to come back to, or what puzzles you’re having trouble with”. The journal also shows all posts made by the community in that same room and all of the posts you’ve made on the island of Urele. Lastly, you can “Yeah!” another player’s post or quickly jump into the Miiverse app to respond to others.
Aside from the Miiverse Journal, PlayEveryWare is putting in option to change the control scheme. There will be several performance improvements as well.
