Konami has provided details on what to expect from the frame rate and resolution of Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 across all platforms, including Switch.
For Nintendo’s console, the package will run at 30 frames per second. Resolution in docked mode comes in at 1080p. For handheld mode, it’ll be native 720p.
According to Xenoblade Chronicles director Tetsuya Takahashi, assuming we see another entry in the series, it “will likely be something vastly different from what came before.”

Original (4/19): Chants of Sennaar has secured a final release date. The puzzle adventure title is lined up for September 5, 2023, Focus Entertainment and Rundisc confirmed today.
Chants of Sennaar was first announced for Switch last April. We knew it was planned for 2023, but we didn’t have an exact date until below.
A physical release of Sea of Stars is in the works for Switch, iam8bit and Sabotage Studio have revealed. A release is planned for early 2024 in both North America and Europe.
Sea of Stars will be making its digital debut in just over a week. Thankfully, fans are being given an early heads up that a physical version will be made available later on.

Starting today, Cult of the Lamb players can access a special update featuring a crossover event with Don’t Starve Together.
One of the main attractions is a new Penitence mode, which has the Lamb needing to eat and sleep to survive, along with their followers. However, there’s a unique Webber follower form that will never die of starvation.
