A new version update has been released for Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris, bringing the game up to version 2.0.1. Most notably, this update increases the level cap of player characters and weapons, and adds new costumes, avatar parts, and weapons.

Digimon World: Next Order frame rate resolution

Bandai Namco has shared details about the frame rate and resolution for the new Switch version of Digimon World: Next Order. The technical information was posted on the official Japanese website.

Bandai Namco says that the is largely a 60 FPS experience. However, during some of the more intense moments, the frame rate in Digimon World: Next Order may drop to around 30 FPS. This is in comparison to the PS4 version that always runs at 60 FPS.

Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris Blooming of Forget-me-not

Bandai Namco has shared a release date for the Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris Blooming of Forget-me-not DLC on Switch. It will be available on January 18, 2023.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot DLC tease

Bandai Namco has shared a launch trailer for the new – “Bardock – Alone Against Fate” expansion for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. On top of that, we have a tease for the next DLC.

The image above was shown at the very end of the trailer. Based on the silhouette, it seems that we could be going back to the original Dragon Ball series. The silhouette appears to show Goku when he arrived at the 23rd World Tournament.

Doraemon Story of Seasons Friends Great Kingdom The Life of Insects

Bandai Namco has set a release date for the second round of Doraemon Story of Seasons: Friends of the Great Kingdom DLC, “The Life of Insects”. All players will be able to access it on January 19, 2023, publisher Bandai Namco and developer Marvelous announced today.

Doraemon Story of Seasons: Friends of the Great Kingdom players can obtain all DLC as part of the season pass. The pass contains outfits for Noby and Friends, furniture, and mini-stories.

Doraemon Story of Seasons: Friends of the Great Kingdom is out now on Switch. If you opt for the game’s Special Edition, the season pass is automatically included.

Bandai Namco have shared a new trailer of Digimon World: Next Order for Switch, showing off some of the gameplay features of the title, which is due out next year on Nintendo’s console. The Switch version will bring with it new features, including a “run” feature and a Beginner mode.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Bardock DLC release date

The “Bardock – Alone Against Fate” DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot now has a release date. It will launch on January 13, 2023, publisher Bandai Namco and developer CyberConnect2 just announced.

This will be the first piece of content in Season Pass 2. Players will have the opportunity to “experience the intense battles fought by Bardock and his compatriots when they invaded planets as members of the Frieza Force.” It includes a story that “will culminate in the tragic fate that befell the Saiyan race at the hands of Frieza himself”. The game will let you explore Planet Vegeta, including a Saiyan community, the Frieza Force base, and more.

Dragon Ball Card Warriors offline transfer

Dragon Ball Card Warriors, the card game included within Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, is coming to an end on most platforms in 2023. Bandai Namco hasn’t provided a specific date, but confirmed that the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and Steam versions will be impacted.

The good news is that the feature won’t be entirely inaccessible. Bandai Namco has confirmed that it will release an offline version in which players can battle the CPU offline. Once an update is released, it’ll be possible to use existing profiles and cards via a data transfer function. However, “some items and features currently available in the online service, such as Platinum Coins, will not be available in the offline version.”
