A new update has gone live for Dokapon Kingdom Connect, bringing the game up to versio 1.1.0. This is a particularly noteworthy update due to its inclusion of Local Wireless Mode for the game, allowing multiple players to play together without needing an internet connection or Nintendo Switch Online account. Aksys Games dated another visual novel for Switch in the west, with Radiant Tale launching this summer. In both North America and Europe, the otome visual novel is slated for July 27, 2023.
Radiant Tale has been on sale in Japan since May.

Norn9: Last Era release date set for August in the west

Today, Aksys Games provided a release date for the western version of Norn9: Last Era. The otome visual novel is now confirmed for August 24, 2023 in North America and Europe.
Aksys Games originally confirmed plans for localization last summer.
Charade Maniacs western release date set for June, limited edition revealed

Idea Factory has provided a final release date for the western version of Charade Maniacs. In North America and Europe, it’ll be out on June 27, 2023.
Aside from the release date, also revealed is a limited edition for Charade Maniacs. Copies include a copy of the game with reversible cover sleeve, steel game case, “Behind the Curtain” hardcover art book with 68 pages, curtain call drama CD, “The Next Act” short novel with 44 pages, ten card bromide set, a collector’s box, and a trading card.

A final English release date has been revealed for Dokapon Kingdom: Connect in the west. For both North America and Europe, the game launches on May 9, 2023.
Dokapon Kingdom: Connect was most recently confirmed for this spring in the west. In Japan, it will arrive on April 13, 2023.

Today, Idea Factory announced that Charade Maniacs will be released in English on Switch in the west. It’s due out sometime this summer.
Charade Maniacs is an otome title that previously appeared on the PlayStation Vita. It comes from the writer of Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly, Uta Amamiya, and the illustrator of Norn9, Teita.

Original (1/19): Idea Factory just confirmed that Dokapon Kingdom: Connect will be released in English in the west. Fans in North America and Europe can pick up the title this spring.
Dokapon Kingdom: Connect was revealed for Switch earlier in the week. Although it was only announced for Japan at the time, an overseas launch was thought to be happening as a rating for the game previously leaked in Germany.
