In partnership with developer Calappa Games, Mastiff has announced that it will publish the physics-based 3D action battle game Fight Crab on Switch next month. A release is scheduled for September 15 in North America, Europe, and Australia.

At least for now, Fight Crab will be digital-only in the west. However, a physical version is planned for Asia, and you can import a copy here.

Slayaway Camp: Butcher’s Cut, an isometric puzzle game that first debuted on Switch as a digital download in March 2018, is getting a physical release. Physicality Games announced a partnership with Digerati and Mastiff to produce the physical version, which will be available to pre-order later this month.

Slayaway Camp: Butcher’s Cut will be offered in standard and deluxe editions. With a regular copy, you’re getting a copy of the game and a collector’s tin with a clear display window that shows off the game’s cover artwork. The deluxe edition comes with those two items and adds a themed steelbook, Skullface embroidered iron-on patch, 24×36” camp flag, and Skullface audio keychain. All collector’s tins are sequentially numbered.

Update: Mastiff has passed along a note that Party Planet is now available at GameStop, slightly earlier than expected.

Original: Mastiff is soon bringing Party Planet to Switch thanks to developer Teyon. Have a look at some footage below.

Teyon has published the first trailer for the upcoming Switch game Party Planet. Have a look at the video below.

First made known through a retailer listing last weekend, Planet Party has been officially announced for Switch. Mastiff is publishing the game on December 12. The physical version will be exclusive to GameStop in the United States.

We’ve included some additional information about Planet Party below, along with a few screenshots.

Mastiff, publisher of Gurumin 3D, will be bringing out its first Switch game soon. GameStop is listing Party Planet for the console, which will apparently be an exclusive to the retailer.

Party Planet is a mini-game collection with support for up to four players. GameStop provides the following overview:

Gurumin 3D is only available on the eShop at the moment. If a new Kickstarter campaign goes well, however, the game could see a physical release.

Mastiff is preparing a Kickstarter campaign for physical versions of Kickstarter. The company is planning all sorts of tiers and rewards, ranging from $1 (access to updates) all the way up to $500 with a digital 3DS key, physical PC copy, t-shirt, button and sticker set, and more.

As for a physical 3DS edition, it will be included as a stretch goal. There’s no word yet on the initial funding target or the 3DS goal. More details should be shared in the near future.

Way back when Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure came out on PSP many years ago, it did see a physical release. But for the game’s latest versions (including 3DS), it was only made available digitally.

Mastiff could be changing this in the future. On Twitter, the publisher is gauging interest in a Kickstarter campaign that would feature a physical 3DS version as a stretch goal. If you’re interested, be sure to let the company know.
