Hyrule Warriors won’t be out in Japan until later this week, but someone has posted an off-screen video showing the game’s final stage. I personally wouldn’t suggest watching it if you have interest in the game. Still, you can continue on below if you’re truly interested in checking out the last level!

But what was actually said by the different reviewers? For those who are curious, you can head past the break for translations of all four verdicts.

GameStop has Ocarina of Time Costume Pack for Hyrule Warriors, Amazon gets Twilight Princess
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 13 Comments
During this week’s Hyrule Warriors Direct, Nintendo announced that retailers would be offering exclusive costume DLC. We now have a little bit of news about which stores are offering the different pre-order bonuses.
First, the Ocarina of Time Costume Pack is confirmed for GameStop. This includes Ocarina of Time themed costumes for Link and Zelda.
Based on a listing on Amazon Canada, the retailer seems to be offering the Twilight Princess Pack in North America. The same rule applies here: you’ll receive Twilight Princess themed costumes for Link and Zelda.
My guess would be that Best Buy will have the final Skyward Sword Pack DLC.

New Hyrule Warriors details cover the latest stage reveals
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 2 Comments
This week’s issue of Famitsu has another update on Hyrule Warriors. While Monday’s Hyrule Warriors Direct beat the magazine to the punch with new character reveals, there is an update on some other portions of the game such as stages. The official website provides more information as well.
There are three stages detailed this week worth mentioning: Gerudo Desert, Temple of the Sacred Sword, and Palace of the Mind. Each is an original stage for Hyrule Warriors, though they share the atmosphere of Zelda games. For instance, Twilight Princess has the Gerudo Desert, and the Temple of the Sacred Sword is a close image of the Lost Woods in A Link to the Past.

Nintendo has just detailed how the Ganondorf costume DLC for Hyrule Warriors will be distributed. Mentioned in yesterday’s Direct, a code for the DLC will be given to players who both purchase Hyrule Warriors and register it on Club Nintendo between 9/26/14 and 10/23/14. Ganondorf will be a playable character in Hyrule Warriors and the codes will grant access to costumes based on his appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

Hyrule Warriors’ Adventure Mode has online connectivity
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 6 Comments
Hyrule Warriors does not have traditional online multiplayer. Yet despite the fact that there isn’t a way to take down hoards of enemies with a buddy over the Internet, the game will in fact make use of some online elements.
It turns out that the game’s Adventure Mode is where online connectivity comes into play – all through functionality called “Network Link”. Producer Yosuke Hayashi explained to Game Informer this month how the feature works:
“The Adventure Mode features a ‘Network Link’ feature. This allows you to add a ‘Link’ to your maps whose level is based on other users’ play data. If you come to this Link’s aid and fight alongside him, you’ll get access to special bonuses.”
Hyrule Warriors’ “Adventure Mode” was properly unveiled during last night’s Nintendo Direct. This has players venturing through a recreated version of The Legend of Zelda’s overworld map, with each block on the grid representing a stage with its own conditions that need to be cleared in Hyrule Warriors’ world. New weapons and playable can be unlocked as you progress.
