Death Road to Canada

After initially appearing on Steam a few months ago, the “HUMERUS Update” for Death Road to Canada finally went live on Switch this week. New features were added, including four-player local co-op, three gameplay modes, tweaks, and fixes.

Below are the full patch notes:

Starting tomorrow, Switch players in North America will finally be able to download a new booster pack update for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+. Nicalis has confirmed the news, but also cautioned that the company is still waiting on approval from Nintendo of Europe.

The booster pack is highlighted by The Forgotten as a new character. The update will also include new items and more.

Epic Games has updated Fortnite with its latest content. That means new weapons, adjustments, and more.

Bad North

A new update has gone live for Bad North on Switch. Version 1.06 makes balance adjustments,  adds in features, improves performance, and fixes bugs.

The full patch notes are as follows:

Falcon Development has announced a new 1.3 update for Cattails. It includes new marriage options, a new task system, and more.

The patch is already live on PC, but is hitting Switch sometime in Q1 2019 – around late January / early February. We have the full details on the update below plus a trailer.

Voez

Rayark and Flyhigh Works still aren’t finished updating their Switch rhythm games. Announced during today’s Flyhigh Works presentation, both titles will be receiving updates early next year.

Deemo will be up first in late January, followed by Voez’s patch in February. Both should be adding more songs (with ten more tracks for the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con Collection in Deemo). We’ll give you a heads up when the two updates are live.

PixelJunk Monsters 2

Q-Games and Spike Chunsoft have readied a new update for PixelJunk Monsters 2. Version 1.04 is out now, adding in further language support, improvements, and more.

The full patch notes are as follows:

Joggernauts updated to version 1.1.0 this week complete with new content. The team added in guest characters, new levels, and more.

The first content update for Fortnite version 7.10 is now available. Primarily, the highlight here is the addition of presents.

A brand new update has gone live in Moonlighter. Digital Sun is introducing a bunch of content, including New Game+ as well as new weapons and items. On top of that, many improvements and bug fixes have been implemented.
