Super Mario Odyssey and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe have been nominated for Favorite Video Game for Nickelodeon’s 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards. The event, which will be hosted by John Cena, takes place March 24. Voting for the video game category begins March 19.

Next Pokemon GO Community Day will feature Bulbasaur

Niantic has shared details about its next Pokemon GO Community Day. The new event, which is taking place on March 25, will feature Bulbasaur.
During Pokemon GO Community Day, you’ll be able to learn a special move for Bulbasaur. Bonuses will be handed out as well.
The upcoming event will take place 2PM-5PM EDT.

Pokemon GO adds FireRed and LeafGreen trainer outfits, festive Pikachu

Some special clothing has arrived in Pokemon GO. Players can now spend coins on outfits based on FireRed and LeafGreen trainers.
Players can also catch a festive, party hat-wearing Pikachu in the wild from February 26-28 to celebrate Pokemon Day.

Sonic the Hedgehog movie slated for fall 2019 release

When we last heard about the Sonic the Hedgehog movie’s tentative release date, the film was planned for 2018. However, since then, the movie rights have shifted from Sony to Paramount, and now it appears the release window has been moved back. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Sonic the Hedgehog will be opening November 15, 2019.

Nintendo details how recent YouTube changes affect Nintendo Creators Program members

Following changes made to YouTube in January, Nintendo has laid out how these changes will reshape the Nintendo Creators Program (NCP) in an email sent out to NCP members. Specifically, eligibility requirements have been reworked. Current channels involved with NCP who do not meet the new requirements will be deactivated from the program. See the updates in full below:
