Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo heading to Nintendo Switch

Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo will be released on Nintendo Switch, publisher PM Studios and developer Pocket Trap confirmed today. The title arrives on May 28, 2025 digitally with a physical version to follow. A demo is now available on the Nintendo eShop.
Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo is a 2D adventure platformer. Players will explore a sprawling urban landscape, fight rival crime bosses, and regain the influence of the Pipistrello family with yoyo tricks.

Twilight Monk out on Nintendo Switch this month, new trailer

Today, Twilight Monk announced its release date. The game is set to hit Nintendo Switch on March 27, 2025.
Twilight Monk, a 2.5D Metroidvania experience, was confirmed for the platform almost a year ago. No release window was initially given.

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land is receiving a demo ahead of launch, Koei Tecmo and Gust shared today. Fans can grab it starting on March 17, 2025.
The demo lets players experience the game starting with the prologue up to the early game main quest, “Pioneering the Ligneus Region”. It offers a glimpse of gathering ingredients on the field, battles, synthesis, and building. Also, all progress can transfer over to the full version of the title.

February 28: Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition fans are in for another treat today as they can now listen to the new arranged version that was made for the Skell flight music, Don’t worry [2XDv].
A few days ago, we heard that you’ll be able to choose the song that plays when flying your mech. We now know what that means. Along with the original version from Wii U, there’ll be this new arranged version. Additionally, you’ll be able to listen to the arranged version without lyrics. Essentially you’re getting three options here.

iFixit recently posted a teardown of Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo, and while there aren’t massive discoveries, it has been found that the device makes use of a Hall effect sensor – which is rumored for Nintendo Switch 2.
With the sensor, iFixit mentions that this will help preserve the alarm clock in the long-term. This is more resistant to wear and tear, so it shouldn’t break as easily. Additionally, the sensor helps to improve accuracy while using the dial to navigate the alarm clock’s menus
