In the past, we’ve heard PlatinumGames speak about wanting to see The Wonderful 101 on Switch multiple times. This is something again reiterated in the latest issue of Famitsu.

Atsushi Inaba, who was a producer on the Wii U game, told the Japanese magazine that he’s interested in releasing The Wonderful 101 to the world again. Going along with director Hideki Kamiya’s joking nature, Inaba added that it’s a game that has only been played by only 13 people worldwide. Inaba wants to secretly announce it as a new game for the Switch.

Right now it’s looking like there won’t be a new NeoGeo game on Switch. However, Hamster still has a release lined up for the eShop this week. Arcade Archives Front Line is due out on February 14 worldwide, the company has announced.

Earlier today, we heard that Nippon Ichi Software and Acquire are making a new survival adventure game called To All of Mankind. Further information has since leaked from the magazine, including a Japanese release date.

A few months after release, a demo for Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu and Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee is now available. It’s out in all regions – North America, Europe, and Japan.

After downloading the demo, you’ll be able to experience early bits of the story. That includes catching Pokemon and entering Viridian Forest.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is cycling in a new Spirit Board event this week. The theme is “Power, Wisdom, and Courage”, and based on the image above, you can probably guess that it’s all about Zelda. Defeating these spirits will give you a bit more gold than usual.

The Zelda-themed Spirit Board event kicks off on Friday. It’ll last for three days, as per usual.

The latest episode of Nintendo’s Japanese show Nyannyan Neko Mario Time has now gone live. We’ve included it below.

SIE Worldwide Studios Chairman Shawn Layden delivered a speech at DICE 2019 today. At one point during the discussion, he had quite a bit of praise for Switch and Nintendo as a whole.

Layden said that Switch was “a massive risk”, but it paid off in the end. He also said that we should “never underestimate Nintendo” before adding, “All of us are better for their efforts.”

Keeping in line with past traditions, Nintendo NY will be hosting a viewing event for tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct. The presentation will air live on the second floor, beginning 5 PM ET.

In other news, Square Enix producer Shinji Hashimoto retweeted the news regarding tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct. This was done for Famitsu’s news post about the broadcast as well as a message from The Game Awards’ account. Were those retweets done simply to express excitement, or will Square Enix have more to show?
