Nintendo has posted another update to the Smash Bros. Blog for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This time around, we have an introduction to Dark Pit.

Here’s the overview:

Three new villagers are live in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Players will be able to encounter Gaston, Kidd, and Elise. They have the unlockable items vision tester, digital camera & tripod, and copy machine respectively.

The Missing: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories

Following up on the recent news that The Missing: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories is in the works for Switch, Arc System Works and White Owls have offered up the game’s first trailer. We’ve posted it below.

The Missing: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories will launch on Switch later this year.

Earlier this summer, Shikhondo – Soul Eater was announced for Switch. Digerati today announced that the game will be available on August 30. A 10% launch discount is planned. For those who prefer physical versions, you can pre-order a copy on Play-Asia here – including a limited edition.

Shikhondo – Soul Eater is an intense bullet-hell shmup created by Korean developer DeerFarm. The title has “hypnotic barrage patterns, enemies inspired by Asian mythology, and stunning Oriental artwork” plus a 2-player local co-op mode.

To kick off the start of Gamescom, Digital Uppercut has announced that Valfaris will be made available on Switch. This is the next game from the developer of Slain: Back From Hell.

Valfaris, which was first unveiled last year, is a heavy metal action-platformer. We’ve included more details and a trailer below.
