Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum 'n' Fun

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum ‘n’ Fun is coming to North America and Europe, Bandai Namco has announced. It’ll launch in both regions on November 2.

The rhythm game, which recently debuted in Japan, will allow players to use the Joy-Con as drumsticks. Motion-control play is also included “that uniquely replicates the popular arcade-style experience.”

1979 Revolution: Black Friday

Digerati will be bringing 1979 Revolution: Black Friday to Switch next Thursday. For a look at the game, check out the footage below.

Earlier in the week, HORI announced a trio of new Switch controllers. The designs are based around Mario, Zelda, and Pikachu. Moreover, they’re modeled in the same way as GameCube controllers.

Pre-orders have opened today on Play-Asia. The three controllers can be reserved here. These are imports, which should ship around the end of October.

Peach Ball: Senran Kagura was announced for Switch a year ago. There’s been little information since then, but an update is coming very soon.

The Senran Kagura New Title Presentation 2018 was announced today, which will indeed include an update on Peach Ball: Senran Kagura. It’ll be held on August 2 at the following times:

Etrian Odyssey X boxart

Atlus has a bunch of DLC planned for Etrian Odyssey X, most of which adds class illustrations from past titles in the series. Here’s the full breakdown as to what’s planned and when it’ll be available:

WarioWare Gold

Nintendo is keeping the 3DS going with WarioWare Gold, which is out today in Europe and next week in North America. Watch the launch trailer below.

Go Vacation

With Go Vacation out on Switch today, Nintendo issued a new launch trailer. Have a look at the release video below.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has been updated. Assuming you’ve bought the Switch RPG, you can get your hands on version 1.5.1.

Today’s update is highlighted by new DLC for Expansion Pass owners. It features the new Rare Blade Crossette, new difficulty options, and new quests.
