Nintendo experimented with adult Pauline in Donkey Kong Bananza

Donkey Kong Bananza introduced young Pauline into the mix, but it turns out that Nintendo originally experimented with the adult version of the character that fans were previously familiar with.
That information comes from an interview with Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream. During that discussion, producer Kenta Motokura indicated that the team wanted to feature Pauline early on, “but we could not find a way for her to fit well into the gameplay.” Later on, the character was made younger as it was more natural for her to be on DK’s back that way.

Stardew Valley fans will be happy to hear that a version 1.7 update has now been announced.
Technically, the news was shared last night – but only to a select few. The Symphony of Seasons concert tour is currently underway, and during a performance, ConcernedApe shared the announcement. That has now been passed along by the developer on social media.

June 14: The next playable characters have been revealed for Pokemon Unite, which will add Latias and Latios. The announcement took place during the 2025 Pokemon North America International Championships today. This will come in celebration of the game’s anniversary in July.
Unfortunately, that’s all of the information we have currently. No details have been shared about what they’ll actually be like in the game. There’s also no word on release timing.

In less than a week since launch, Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is already on top. The game also has an extra entry in the top ten thanks to a Digital Deluxe version. Speaking of the top ten, we also see Shinobi: Art of Vengeance at #9 as a new release.

Funbox Media is teaming up with Eastasiasoft and Decafesoft for a physical version of Starlight Legacy on Nintendo Switch, the company has announced. It will be offered in both North America and Europe.
Starlight Legacy came to Nintendo Switch earlier this year. So far though, the RPG has only been available as a digital donwnload.

Rollin’ Rascal is a high-speed action platformer inspired by games like Sonic the Hedgehog while also having the dynamic interactivity of Super Mario Bros. It’s seen a huge success on Kickstarter – not only was the funding goal reached in twelve hours, but it’s gone on to amass over $100,000.
