Easy Come Easy Golf update 1.9.0

Easy Come Easy Golf players on Switch can now access a brand new version 1.9.0 update.

The big addition is a new online mode, Stroke Standoff Play, which is available in Online Battle and Friend Play modes. With it, you no longer have to wait for your turns – multiplayer is live for everyone. The level cap has also been increased to level 40 from level 35, and bug fixes have been implemented.

Fire Emblem Engage Lyn

For the latest Fire Emblem Engage character introduction, we get to hear about Lyn, one of the classic heroes players can summon in the game. Per usual, information was posted on the Japanese Twitter account, and Serenes Forest has shared translations.

Lyn, who is voiced by Makiko Ohmoto in the Japanese version, is known as the Emblem of Blazing. She’s a nomad who lives in harmony with mother nature, and a skilled swordsman. Lyn comes from the continent of Elibe from another world, and is a noblewoman related to the Marquess of Caelin.

Kizuna AI: Touch the Beat!

Gemdrops has announced Kizuna AI: Touch the Beat!, a new rhythm game for Switch. It will be available on April 27, 2023.

First information can be found in the following overview from Gemdrops:

Microsoft dropped some surprising news this week, revealing that it had reached a 10-year commitment to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo platforms. Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer has now followed up with some additional information. This comes as part of an interview with The Washington Post.

One of the main takeaways is that the goal would be for a new Call of Duty game to end up on a Nintendo system at the same time as other platforms. However, it’s unlikely for anything to materialize next year. If it’s not blocked by regulators, Microsoft’s acquisition deal of Activision Blizzard – including the Call of Duty franchise – wouldn’t happen until June 2023.

Naturally, the biggest element here is support for the game’s third wave of Booster Course Pass DLC. That’s not all to it, however. As we reported earlier today, a Custom Items feature has been added. Nintendo has also implemented some other adjustments and fixes.
