Kirby's Return to Dreamland Deluxe

Nintendo will release Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe on Switch, the company has announced. It launches February 24, 2023.

Kirby’s Return to Dreamland originally appeared on Wii in 2011. For the Switch edition, a new Mecha Copy Ability is included as well as new mini-games such as Magolor’s Tome Trackers.

Tales of Symphonia Remastered

Bandai Namco has announced that Tales of Symphonia Remastered is coming to Switch. It will launch in early 2023.

Tales of Symphonia originally appeared on GameCube. Bandai Namco did create a remaster for other consoles later on, but not on Nintendo platforms.

Treasure’s shoot ’em up game Radiant Silvergun has been announced for Switch. Not only that, but it’s launching today.

Radiant Silvergun originally came to the SEGA Saturn and arcades in 1998. A new version was made available for the Xbox 360 in 2011.

Square Enix has set a release date for Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion. The game launches December 13, 2022.

Resident Evil cloud

Capcom has announced a slew of Resident Evil games for Switch that are planned as cloud titles.

Resident Evil Village is due out first on October 28. A demo goes live on the eShop today. The Winters’ Expansion DLC follows on December 2.

Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3 will also be releasing on Switch as cloud games this year.

Master Detective Archives: Rain Code has just been announced for Switch, courtesy of Spike Chunsoft. The game is being made by the developer of Danganronpa.

Harvestella

Square Enix is launching a demo for Harvestella today on the Switch eShop, the company has confirmed. Save data can be transferred to the full version.

Pikmin 4

Nintendo will bring Pikmin 4 to Switch in 2023, the company just revealed.

Shigeru Miyamoto appeared during today’s Nintendo Direct to deliver the news. Unfortunately, not much was shown. Fans were shown a tranquil park and a napping Bulborb, but the Pikmin themselves were not shown.

Pikmin 4 was technically announced for Switch in 2015. He said at the time that the game was “close to completion”. It goes without saying, but something clearly happened along the way as it’ll be eight years later that Pikmin 4 finally launches.

During today’s Nintendo Direct, details were shared about the next major update for Nintendo Switch Sports, which is highlighted by the addition of golf. All players can access it starting this holiday.

Golf will include 21 holes from the Wii Sports series. Players can go up against friends in local play or with up to eight players in the new online Survival Mode. Whoever takes the most strokes each round is out.

Nintendo has revealed details about the wave 3 DLC for the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass wave 3 DLC, which will be launching this holiday. Merry Mountain from Mario Kart Tour and Peach Gardens from Mario Kart DS will be included. Other tracks will be confirmed later on.
