For Splatoon’s Japanese Splatfests, the game’s official Twitter account always released special artwork of Callie and Marie which showed what side of the Splatfest they were on. Since Splatoon 2’s first Splatfest is now upon us in the form of the Splatfest World Premiere demo, the Twitter account has released special artwork of the new hosts Pearl and Marina. Pearl supports “rock” while Marina is on the “pop” side.

Nintendo has been sharing special Zelda art pieces to promote the masterclass held by series producer Eiji Aonuma and other developers at Japan Expo. Following the event of the session, the final piece of art was published online. You can view it above, and look at the other two pieces of art here and here.

Amazon UK posted the boxart for Monopoly on Switch… though it has now been removed upon checking on the listing for a second time. In any case, we’ve attached the packaging image above.

Ubisoft’s boxarts tend to be uniform across regions. The image should be the same in North America (just with an ESRB logo), but we’ll let you know if anything changes.

Nintendo published another piece of new Zelda art just in time for Japan Expo 2017. Series producer Eiji Aonuma and other developers will be hosting a special masterclass at the French expo this week.

As for the art, it’s based on Eugène Delacroix’s “La Liberté guidant le peuple”. That’s an artwork at the Louvre, in case you were unaware.

Platinum Games posted on their Twitter of Wonderful 101 characters playing The Wonderful 101 on Switch, as well as some villains. With this plus the teases of Bayonetta, it seems like Platinum is ready to show some love to the Switch with someone of their beloved IPs. However, we’ll have to wait if anything comes from these teases, but they’re nice little pieces of artwork regardless.
