Today, Studio Wildcard and Grove Street Games announced a major update for ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition, which focuses on full backward-compatibility and performance enhancements on Nintendo Switch 2.

Drova physical

Chucklefish provided an update on Witchbrook today, confirming the game has been delayed to 2026. It was last planned for Winter 2025.

In a post today, Chucklefish explained that it’s looking “to create a living, breathing world for you to explore” and the team is “taking the time needed to ensure the world feels rich, immersive, and alive.” The company is also exploring support for additional platforms and languages.

Speaking about the Witchbrook delay, Chucklefish stated:

It’s been a bit since the last Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial, but a new one has now been announced – at least for Europe. Those with an active subscription will be able to play Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance at no extra cost during the event period.

The entire game can be accessed during the trial. Also, save data will transfer over if you decide to make a purchase later. There will likely be a sale for everyone to take advantage of as well.

Videoverse

Kinmoku today announced plans for a console release of Videoverse, with Nintendo Switch included. It will be available on November 14, 2025.

Videoverse, an emotionally resonant narrative adventure game, looks at the bonds between identity, connectivity, and technology. The game takes place an alternative 2003 when the Kinmoku Shark gaming system and its online platform were at their peak. All post-PC launch additions are included such as an enhanced interface and art gallery, but also new enhancements, including full Japanese localization.

Pokemon Legends Z-A 1.0.1 update

Pokemon Legends: Z-A is coming with its own day one update, which is version 1.0.1. If you’ve pre-installed the game on either Nintendo Switch 2 or Switch, you should be able to access it already in time for launch this week.

The patch notes are straightforward but ultimately this is a pretty important update. Without it, it sounds like you won’t be able to access online functionality.
