Killer7

Killer7 first debuted on the GameCube way back in 2005. All of these years later, it’s seeing a re-release, though only on Steam at present.

No announcements have been made, but Killer7 may have a chance of appearing on Switch as well. Director Suda51 indicated in an interview with Nintendo Wire that it could happen if the title does well on Steam.

Koei Tecmo has announced Kin’iro no Corda: Octave, a new entry in the love simulation otome game series developed by the company’s Ruby Party brand. A release is planned on Switch early next year in Japan.

Amazon Japan has added in a listing for Luigi’s Mansion on 3DS, showing the packaging image for the country. We’ve included it above.

Super Mario Run is holding another new event. As of today, the bonus Game in Remix 10 has increased the appearance rate of 5-star items. It’s an opportunity to obtain 5-star Mario, Peach, or Bowser statues, and more.

The event will be live until September 22.

PixelJunk Monsters 2 has received a substantial update. Version 1.03 is here, adding weekly and random stages in addition to a Photo Mode.

Dragon Ball FighterZ

Bandai Namco will be offering three different versions of Dragon Ball FighterZ on the Switch eShop. Along with the standard release, you’ll also be able to purchase the “FighterZ Edition” and “Ultimate Edition”.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country saw its initial debut on Switch yesterday. Expansion Pass owners can access the new content now, while everyone else can begin playing next week.

Over on Nintendo’s Japanese website, Monolith Soft’s Tetsuya Takahashi shared a lengthy message about Torna – The Golden Country’s creation and new features. He reveals that the team created a new engine to render the game, originally intended to squeeze in the expansion between chapters 7 and 8, and more.
