Switch is getting a new twin-stick shooter, tower defense hybrid. X-Morph: Defense is in the works for Nintendo’s console, EXOR Studios announced today.

Cosen will publish 18Light’s Behind the Screen on Switch later this month, the company announced today. The suspense puzzle action game is due out as a digital title on the eShop.

The World Ends with You: Final Remix is priced at $50

Yesterday, Nintendo announced the western release date for The World Ends with You: Final Remix. The Switch title launches in North America and Europe on October 12.
Following up on the news, retailers like GameStop have updated their listings. Rather than the original $60 price point, The World Ends with You: Final Remix is now listed at $50. Amazon and Best Buy are also showing the same price.
Most Switch games tend to cost $60. The World Ends with You: Final Remix won’t be receiving a massive discount, but it’ll be $10 lower than originally expected.

Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu / Eevee confirms Mega Evolutions

This month’s CoroCoro has started to leak, and has provided substantial information about Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu / Eevee.
The big takeaway is that Mega Evolutions are officially in the game. Players can activate the feature when they have the Key Stone and the Pokemon’s associated Mega Stone.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – Redd’s Summer Festival second half now live

The second half of Redd’s Summer Festival in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has gone live. Players will come across new flowers and new tasks during the event, and you’ll be able to help Redd collect special creatures known as flickerflies to unlock more rewards.
In conjunction with the event, the fireworks sky terrain is available. Summer Festival Packs can be purchased as well.
Redd’s Summer Festival ends on August 13.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Switch update out now (version 1.0.2)

A new update is now available for the Switch version of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. Nintendo has issued version 1.0.2.
The new update addresses one issue in particular. In the past, there was a problem in which the route to stage 3-4 wouldn’t open after clearing stage 3-3. This has since been addressed.

Update: Nintendo has reverted the song title to its original name from last week. Make of that what you will.
Original: You may recall that, last week, Nintendo shared a new Smash Bros. Ultimate music. The last piece added to the site was a Galaga medley.
Fast forward a week later, and the title of that medley has been updated. No one can say why at the moment, but it may very well point to a brand new character – who could be revealed tomorrow.
