In a video released today, Nintendo has detailed some of the new content coming to Splatoon 2 pretty soon. First off, a new regular battle stage called Manta Maria, the ship-themed stage we’ve already seen bits and pieces of, will be added to the Turf War and Ranked Battle rotation this Saturday, August 26th.

Next up is a new Salmon Run stage. Lost Outpost will first be available in local multiplayer after applying an update that will be released tomorrow, August 23rd. After that date, it will be part of the online stage rotation as well.

Nintendo has revealed that Fire Emblem Warriors is getting a Limited Edition in Europe. It contains the game itself, a three-disc soundtrack and character art cards. Only the Switch version is getting this edition – no such luck for the New Nintendo 3DS version. No word yet on the pricing, though it’ll likely be a bit cheaper compared to the Premium Box and Treasure Box editions Japan is getting, since those also contain an art book and a Dragonstone crystal.

The Limited Edition will be released on October 20th, alongside the regular edition.

Nintendo has released a new trailer for Fire Emblem Warriors. This one is rather story-heavy and focuses on the Fates cast. It also reveals four new characters – Leo, Camilla, Hinoka and Takumi. Unless they’ll be revealed later, it seems like only Elisa and Sakura are the only royal siblings who won’t be playable.

Nintendo of Europe also revealed the game’s release date – the game will launch on October 20th. We don’t know the game’s North American release date yet, though it’ll likely be on that same day.

Update: The PayPal option has now been activated worldwide.

Original: The Switch eShop is adding a brand new payment option. Going forward, system owners will be able to use PayPal to add funds to their balance.

PayPal can’t be used directly with Wii U or 3DS. However, any game purchased on Nintendo’s website can be used with PayPal. That means if you’re purchasing a Switch, Wii U, or 3DS game on the site, PayPal is an option if you’re short on funds.

We are seeing the PayPal option on Switch in Japan at present. However, nothing appears to be live in North America or Europe. Today’s announcement did indicate that the PayPal option will be extended worldwide, so we’ll let you know if we see anything.
