Limited Run Games announced today that it will be offering a physical version of Q.U.B.E. 10th Anniversary for Switch. It will be sold as part of its distribution line.
Q.U.B.E. 10th Anniversary, a brain-twisting first-person puzzler, initially came to Switch last September as a digital title. Read more about it below.
Beholder 2 getting a physical release on Switch

Red Art Games has announced its latest physical release on Switch, which will be Beholder 2. It’ll be available on September 15, 2023.
A standard version and Deluxe Edition are planned. The latter comes with its exclusive wraparound box sleeve and Beholder 2 notebook – note that only 999 copies will be offered.
Dordogne release date set for June, new trailer

Dordogne has secured a final release date. The title is due out for Switch on June 13, Focus Entertainment and Un Je Ne Sais Quoi confirmed today.
Dordogne, a narrative adventure game in 3D watercolor world, was previously announced in 2020. Originally, it was planned for 2021. It was most recently given a Spring 2023 launch window.

Bandai Namco has just dropped a release date and new trailer for the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Hero of Justice Pack 2. It’ll be out for everyone on May 11, 2023.
The upcoming DLC provides Orange Piccolo, Piccolo (Power Awakening), and Gohan (Beast) as playable characters. A new scenario based on the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie is also included.
Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom devs says it was always the plan to bring back Hyrule from Breath of the Wild

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a bit of an outlier for the series in that it’s not only a sequel (to Breath of the Wild), but also reuses the same Hyrule – albeit with many changes and additions. Nintendo has now spoken more about this in a recent interview.
Series director Eiji Aonuma, director Hidemaro Fujibayashi, and technical director Takuhiro Dohta confirmed in a recent interview that it was always the plan to reuse Hyrule. Fujibayashi mentioned that “there were no objections” in keeping the same setting.

Action platformer Mr. Run and Jump heading to Switch

Today, Atari announced Mr. Run and Jump for Switch in partnership with developer Graphite Lab. It’ll be available later in 2023.

Original: Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa has weighed in on he current state of Switch and has said that there won’t be any new hardware this fiscal year.
Switch is currently in its seventh year, which doesn’t exactly happen often for Nintendo platforms. There are many folks out there itching for a new system, but it sounds like there won’t be anything coming in the immediate future.

As part of Nintendo’s latest financial results for May 2023, the company’s latest release schedule has been provided. Fans can get another overview as to what’s planned for Switch from a first and third-party respective.
Currently things are looking a bit barren – this might be the least amount of titles we’ve seen scheduled for Switch in one of these reports. Outside of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (launching this Friday), Pikmin 4, and Metroid Prime 4, nothing else is on the docket. However, given Switch is towards the end of its lifecycle and how Nintendo doesn’t announce games in its financials these days, perhaps that’s not overly surprising.
