Tomorrow, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker will be launching on Switch as a port of the Wii U original. Four Odyssey-themed stages and a co-op mode will be the new additions, as various trailers have noted in the last few weeks. Players are already getting their hands on the new title, and GameXplain have uploaded a compilation of all the cutscenes in the game, which you can see below:

Rounding out tonight’s wave of Japanese adverts is a commercial for Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu / Eevee. You can watch it below.

Just as we mentioned a short while ago, Galak-Z: Variant S was unexpectedly added to the Switch eShop today. Have a look at some footage below.

Nintendo posted a new video with Shinya Takahashi in which he discusses a few different Switch games, including Smash Bros. Ultimate. You can watch it below.


The big takeaway here is that Takahashi mentions “further updates for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe”. That was after he talked about the new Nintendo Labo integration. Could those future updates simply be more tie-ins for Labo or something else?

Daedalic had previously set an August release window for State of Mind. Today, the studio announced a specific release date of August 15.

State of Mind is a futuristic thriller title involving transhumanism, all set in a world torn between a dystopian material reality and a utopian virtual future. We have further details and a new trailer below.
